Just report it -- it shouldn't do anything to the actual creator of the design if it's not bad but it's the only way to remove it from your Able's.

So far no, they are all time locked to their year. So Festivale only exists in 2021, and all 2020 events only happen in 2020.

They are hardcoded dates, so Nintendo will have to code in future years in order for them to appear in 2021 onwards. For example, if you tt to what is supposed to be Bunny Day in 2021, it will be a normal day.

1. Isabelle will mention large showers of shooting stars- there are nights where they can happen without isabelle saying them and those are usually regarded as light showers. They can be infrequent and you may have to wait a while to see any. It's worth just roaming around your island and seeing if you here a twinkling sound, which would mean that a star has passed

2. a villager will be crafting on your island 3 times a day, they will rotate between villagers and they usually craft for 3 hours at a time if i recall correctly. They can take breaks between their crafting periods, so they may come outside before the 3 hour mark but they will go back in and continue crafting

All year, a bamboo tree produces 1 shoot in it's lifetime. You can find them at bamboo islands or from bamboo trees you grow from shoots on your island. Daisy Mae also mails you bamboo shots if you buy from her.
