If you mean from custom designs you can do them when you have the custom design app and when you have able sisters shop and are able to open the custom portal in the back of the shop to use others designs but you must have NSO for it to work but if you mean the paths from terraforming you gotta get your island to 3 star rating and have k.k. slider perform to unlock the island designer app to get the paths along with the ability to take down/build cliffs and water terraforming

They’ll more than likely display some random pieces with their default furniture, not the whole set if you gift them an entire furniture set. If you want to redecorate their house so that it’s a specific furniture set then you can use the DLC to do that ^^

There is unfortunately no easy way. The best way is to take a trash can item ( https://catalogue.ac/?s=aXRwPXRyYXNo ), place it either next to Resident Services or an outside ABD (the latter being faster due to removed loading times), grabbing an inventory full of bells at a time from the ABD and trashing them, and repeat. You can only take 4 000 000 at a time, so getting down from 999 999 999 will take some time, but it's doable (around 250 repeats to get all the way down to zero; depending on your speed it will take a couple hours or so)

Prices are random so sell when it seems better. If you have NSO you can sell them in other islands with better prices

The buying prices range from 90-110 bells btw, so you probably misread and it was actually 106 instead of 160, making 140 a profitable price for selling. ^^

The best legitimate way is just grinding Nook Miles+ tasks. Even just doing the multiplier ones daily gets you a good amount in the long run.

For a more "illegitimate" way, you can keep on time travelling to January 1st, always a year forward. You get some bonus New Year's miles on that day, which you can take advantage if you wish

Trust me, that takes time. It takes a while before you get the necessary furniture items to start truly decorating islands. If you want a way to get furniture quickly, then purchase every daily item from Timmy and Tommy. After all, you never know if you’re gonna need those items in the future.

You can expedite this process if you have Happy Home Paradise, as Wardell (the walrus guy) sells every item you’ve decorated villager’s houses with for Poki

Only one should appear per day per player, not 2. If you picked up the first one then another player logs in, a second one will appear for them, and so on according to the amount of player profiles you use
That's how it works 99% of the time, but I've personally had a second one appear despite not opening another player's profile, though extremely rarely, so the chance of a second one is either ridiculously low, or sometimes the game glitches and forgets that you already picked up your daily bottle

What Yay is talking about is transferring bells and items via flying over to the other island and then dropping them. House progress is tied to the player too, you cannot transfer it from this old island's player to the new one's player. You could transfer the old player onto the new island to exist alongside the new player (which will transfer the house etc.), but as said you can't merge with the new player

Just to clarify, you don't actually have to have opened the game on that specific date. The date just has to exist between the current date and the date on which you created your island. So time travelling forwards and back won't do anything like Jade said, but if it's in that timeframe I mentioned and you just missed it, you've already met the requirement for that date ^^
And if your island is over a year old, then you have all the seasonal islands unlocked already

You can restart as many times as you want/need to get different island layout options, I recommend looking up the possible maps to get an idea for what looks like something you’d want-airport color, native fruit, and starter villagers are all random. But pay attention to where the airport, resident services, and river outlets are

How to move your Animal Crossing: New Horizons island to a different Nintendo Switch

It takes some trial and error to do something like this, yeah. But it's not that hard either, you should try :]
That style uses a lot of 1-tile wide rivers and cliffs and a lot of rounded corners to avoid having long straight lines.
You can use the website "Happy Island Designer" to prepare your plan in advance if you don't know where to start
