If you are using flowers which are already blooming on your island to make hybrids, just make sure they haven’t crossbred with each other. This is why guides typically recommend using seed flower stock (because the genotype is always the same for seed bought flowers). If it didn’t rain before you could reach flowers on your cliffs, then you should be fine. But if it did rain, there’s a chance some of those flowers bred with each other if they were touching (hopefully this makes sense) before you got to them.

It needs to connect to the internet for a moment to check if the game is being played on another console, as having made only one purchase, you can only play on one console at a time

In the bot message below are some solid ways of making bells ^^ and yes, construction always takes waiting overnight for it to finish. You can fast forward time though by changing your Switch's clock if you'd like (this is called time travel or TT in the community). It has little to no concequences, just make sure to close and reopen the game/quit to title screen after making the change for it to take effect

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
4. If you have NSO (Nintendo Switch Online), trade with other players by visiting the trade channels in this server and seeing where to sell your services or goods!

What you're doing is the best way; it's just unfortunately very luck based solely due to the nature of the moveout bubble mechanic and how they were coded

I think there are some things that can make it completely vanish, IIRC for example hitting with a net but I'm not completely sure about everything related to that in any case it's more persistent and shouldn't go away from e.g. entering a building, unlike with other thought bubbles

The fence DIYs are 2 random ones every day, so maybe buy the ones available to you while they're here because you never know once they'll be back in the selection.

Oh and another major thing you redeem with Nook Miles is that when you unlock landscaping, almost all of its options must also be redeemed separately using Nook Miles

That unlocks after you get 3 stars though, so if that's not yet your goal saving doesn't have to be a priority
(and it's your choice to pick what your primary goal should be anyways)

You can hit all the six rocks on your island daily! Make sure to do what is demonstrated in the video below to get maximum drops out of the rocks (make sure to use a shovel and not an axe, the shovel is a little bit faster). The holes eliminate the rock's knockback and can let you hit it all 8 times before the hidden timer runs out. Also, rocks on Nook Miles Ticket islands have higher iron droprates than the ones on yours, so they can be a solid way to get some as well if you need some quickly ^^

The game still technically counts those as days even if it’s moving back in time last I recall, so I would say if you want to avoid the plot autofilling then I would stay within that date it’s empty to be on the safe side. You can time travel to stay within the day if you need more time ^^

• Make sure you have at least 8 villagers.
• Put out lots of different furniture.
• Put out a lot of flowers. Put out way more than you think you need.
• Try to build the shops (upgraded nook’s gives extra points) bridges and inclines where you can, it'll help a lot with development points.
•** LISTEN TO ISABELLE! **If she talks about development or scenery, you need more development points (furniture, diy items, infrastructure, etc.) If she talks about the island's natural environment, you need more nature points (flowers, trees, shrubs, etc.). Something to note is that there are two metrics the island rating is based on; development points and nature points. Development points are given by furniture, buildings, villagers, bridges and inclines, and nature points are given by flowers, shrubs, trees and also DIY furniture (which give both kinds of points, less nature than development though).
You have to reach a certain quota with both points to up your star rating. Isabelle will hint with her dialogue which category you're lacking more in. So it's good to add what she suggests ^^

For what it's worth, for 2 and 3 star ratings you'll need more nature points than development points

You can do it fast but it would need time traveling, the way it works is after a thought bubble appears on a character and you speak to them and agree to them to move out, the next day they will be in their house cleaning and there’s boxes, during that time you can let a person come into your island and and speak to the villager and tell the villager to move to their island, but before they do that you can request a payment like bells, nook tickets, or whatever

You can use a 15 day skip method, but note that the villager that JUST moved in won’t ask to move out. Chances are like near zero. Also it can happen after a week, and is pretty random but with time traveling most use 15 or 14 day skip. Some say they don’t ask on Saturdays and birthdays

You'll unlock later on into the game a phone app called Island Designer. That will let you freely edit cliff and water features of your island ^^ beaches, beach rocks, the plaza or the airport location can't be changed though. But otherwise everything is very freely customisable

Most likely not, it's just unfortunately very luck based just due to the nature of how moveout bubbles work, and there's really no way around that. All the time travel method does is speed up the process, and that is really all you can do, you can't really improve any odds except for the house moving kit trick mentioned in the guide. I'd recommend just keeping on trying, wish you luck 🍀
(For what it's worth, as far as I know the initial month of time travel is there just to get rid of any possible moveout bubble cooldowns you might have when you start time travelling, so it doesn't really have a big impact on your results)

I tried out lots of methods not long ago and I can tell you it’s very random, but I still used the 15 day skip or somtimes 14, eventually I got a bubble, but if it’s not the one I want I travel forward 15 and if I find no thought bubble then travel back to the original date that had a bubble (most times that day will always have a bubble) OR I tell the villager to stay, and go forward five days. But this takes patience. LOTS of it.

Flowers will always be able to multiply after watering/rain, even if they are all alone by themselves. You can place undiggable path (e.g. a fully transparent custom design if you don't want it to change the grass look) in all tiles the flowers touch, also diagonally, to prevent any multiplication

That is not actually a thing, something must have changed on your island. (It is not the incline or terraforming btw, the former only has a positive effect and latter no effect)
Does Isabelle mention any additional notes/complaints in the end of her evaluation? There are a few things that can block you from going above 4 stars, even if you would otherwise have the points necessary for 5 stars

Yes and no; the flowers in Nook's Cranny are your native flower, sister flower and a random flower that is available in the current month. The random one is re-rolled daily I believe. As windflowers are available December-May (in Northerm hemisphere; June-November in SH), just check Nook's Cranny's cabinet daily if you're in real time/in one of those months. They can also be gotten from Leif at any time of year (appear randomly in his stock)

Yes, time travel never reverses progress, what is saved stays saved, and days don't get "used up" after you play through them once ^^

You can always go forwards/backwards any way you like with little consequence

When going forwards, it works the exact same as if that same amount of time had actually passed. Backwards time travel has some quirks, but all of them are pretty situational things

The biggest thing to keep in mind is your turnips rotting ^^ they will rot from any amount of backwards time travel, even within the same day.

These both apply only if you go outside of the current day:

• The day you go back to won't count as a new day, as in any resources etc. won't refresh.
• Also, if have a villager in the middle of a moveout process, the process will advance by one day regardless of how many days you time travel back

Oh, also, your turnip price pattern will also re-randomise from any backwards TT! If that's something you care about. It only really matters if you've been tracking your prices to predict future trends

I’ve been on my new island more than 30 days. I hit 5 stars today.
I’m sure I’ve bought and sold 200,000 bells combined, I’m not sure there’s a way to track specifically this, but I can’t imagine not having met that requirement. There’s bell ringer that tracks all spending (I’ve spent over a million bells according to that). I’ve had the tailors shop for a while, been getting patterns for almost a week now even.
I really don’t know what else I could need to do for the upgrade unless there’s some random trigger involved?

If you have 10, they'll pick a random villager to replace (can only be rerolled if you close the game before the game autosaves - which it tries to right after a villager is picked and you advance the conversation, meaning they will only try to replace that one villager ntil they leave. also they won't pick the most recent new villager before they showed up at your camp)

now Amiibo campsie villagers can be invited on the 3rd invite and can replace a villager of your choice if at 10 (otherwise you need an empty plot)

If I’m reading all the context to your question and your girlfriend is using an amiibo to invite a villager to the campsite, then you have to invite that villager three different times before they ask to move in. Talk to the invited villager for three days (does not have to be consecutive), craft whatever item they’re asking for each day they are invited, and on the third they will replace an existing villager of your choosing. She can still do this even if she isn’t the island rep, iirc. I hope this helps!

Yes, if you visit one, the chances are the items were modded/hacked in. Vanilla ones are very uncommon since they would be really tedious to set up.
Nothing will happen just from visiting, but be careful of what you pick up since if you take anything that isn't obtainable from other islands normally, the game might get confused and for example make you unable to get rid of the item and essentially brick one of your inventory slots. Items like this include for example construction kits, lost items and items with Japanese names (if your game is in another language). Just be aware of that sort of stuff and they are safe
