Well to get new items can be from nooks cranny or balloons in the sky^^. As well as later in the game redd will/occasionally have an item not your islands native color. Wisp as well maybe able to help but it can be frustrating sometimes.also cisiting other peoples islands who are giving away free things can help too^^

Ah okay I see, it could just be bad RNG. The process can take a while for some people, so as long as you’re checking when most villagers should be outside you just have to keep skipping days until you see a thought bubble!

Also another helpful tip to help you save some time once you do see a villager with a thought bubble: if you find a villager with a bubble and want to make sure it’s actually a move out bubble, go inside the nearest building and then return outside and find them again. If they still have the thought bubble, then it’s a move out bubble! If it disappears then you can skip to the next day. Sorry this is long but I hope this helps and good luck

Yep exactly! It should only take a few minutes each time you load the game up to look around for a villager with a thought bubble ^^ if you have a target villager in mind then run around their house, and then run around Resident Services. If you don’t see a thought bubble in sight then just keep skipping until you do

It can, yeah. It’s taken me personally several irl hours of time traveling to get a move out bubble for a villager I was trying to kick. You can always try and “reset” the RNG by syncing back to real time and starting the process over again if you feel like you’re getting nowhere ^^

Yeah as long as the item is in your catalog and you typically get it from nooks cranny or able sisters you can buy it again at anytime. Just a heads up the game only allows 5 reorders a day so plan accordingly

Only the 3 items in the far back will disappear. The two at the bottom of the stairs won’t. And the only way to not receive visitors is to keep your airport gates closed.

You can also fence off nooks cranny if that’s a concern tho if/when people do come

Here are some tips for you!
Shake your trees everyday, there will be two furniture pieces that drop from trees. Send letters with furniture attached to receive some from other villagers.

For diys, check the beaches everyday, twice a day as the message bottles show up twice a day. They will also show up occasionally on nook mile islands

The red one is a pirate

Plus they have different pupils but in the game they give you different prizes for helping them out. Gulliver gives you around the world items (like sphinx) and gullivarr gives you pirate items

.t campkick // It can take sometime and become very repetitive until they ask to move in, it’s randomized so it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours of talking to them. Just keep at it, but if you feel like you’re getting nowhere you can always close the game and relaunch to kind of “reset” your progress. Good luck!

I'm trying to get most of my rocks to be in the same area on my island right now, so I filled everything up with weeds, except for the spots where I wanted the rocks to go. The first three spawned in their spot without any issues, but when I got to the last one, the daily digging spot spawned its space instead of the rock that was supposed to go there. It didn't spawn anywhere else on the island either. Already went through the rock garden guide but couldn't find what the issue was. The third rock spawned in its place under the exact same conditions as the spot for the last one had btw, with only non-diggable paths and weeds around it, and nothing else that could be blocking it. Did I just get unlucky with the digging spot spawning there today and the rock will just spawn there tomorrow, or is there anything I did wrong?

Bury 6 unassessed fossils somewhere away from your rock garden and no new ones will spawn. Then your rock will appear

The fossils aren't the issue tho, I don't even have spaces for them to spawn. The space I left for the last rock is literally the only one not covered with weeds, just like I did for the third rock in that area. The digging spot with the bells is what spawned in that spot, not a fossil

How do I remove a player plot from my island? I have three accounts on my switch. One being my cousin, my mom, and me. My cousin is barley on my switch these days and doesn’t usually play animal crossing. There plot kind of takes space and would like to know how to “boot” my cousins player off the island.

Start the game on your cousin's account, then press the minus button on the title screen to go to settings. Tom Nook will be there and he should give you a few different options. Go to the one saying "save data" and then "delete resident registration"

How to get 3 stars
• Make sure you have at least 8 villagers.
• Put out lots of different furniture.
• Put out a lot of flowers. Put out way more than you think you need.
• Try to build the shops (upgraded nook’s gives extra points) bridges and inclines where you can, it'll help a lot with development points.
• Listen to Isabelle! If she talks about development or scenery, you need more development points (furniture, diy items, infrastructure, etc.) If she talks about the island's natural environment, you need more nature points (flowers, trees, shrubs, etc.). If she mentions clutter, you have to pick up all the dropped items on the ground.

Okay so I got bored with ACNH a long while ago, and could not get back into it. I don’t mind restarting my island.. but I don’t want to lose my character (and all her diy recipes / catalogue). So I would like to know if there is a way to move her to another island on another switch (i have a second switch for my husband, he doesnt play AC, but i could use it). On my own switch I will delete the island, start a new one and then move my villager back. I do not want to move the island back and forth, just the character.

Is there a possibility to achieve this? And if so how? I did a quick search but I dont think it is possible to move back and still be Resident Representive. Did anyone try this before?

I just bought a new Switch, previously I have been using the Lite version, now I have the new Zelda OLED version. I am in the process of setting it up now and I got to the part where you either create a new user or transfer. Now, I was under the impression I could just sign into my Nintendo account and freely switch between Lite and console version whenever I wanted. Apparently this isn't the case? So once I transfer my user data and island over to the new Switch my Lite is basically going to be useless then? Can someone please explain how this works? I'm a bit disappointed now. 😞

Yeah save data is based on console. Not cloud synced between devices with the same account.

This user is not connected to any Nintendo Switch account, I made it so I could play as a second character on my island. So if I transfer my user and save data over this second user will no longer have access to my island? And effectively they will then be permanently unable to be deleted or used, is this correct?

so all houses transfer with the island. And you can recreate the secondary user on your OLED if you want so that when you open the game with it for the first time, you can pick that secondary user when it asks something like, "there are residents on this island who don't have a profile connected- do you want to link someone?" (or something like that, I don't have the exact wording)

I believe It depends on your friendship level, if you talk to them daily for about 3 days you should get the option to gift them once a day, if this is incorrect sorry!!

Talking to them repeatedly on the same day won't make it faster (that might even be counterproductive if they get annoyed by it), and not talking to them at all also doesn't make things progress

There is no further communication between the consoles after the other player leaves, so the other person's console wouldn't know what happens on your island afterwards

If you are trying to do it all yourself and not play with other people then you just have to wait to get lucky. Not really an ideal way to play the game. I used those threads and made millions selling my turnips and I was able to pay off all my loans, plus I still have several million in my savings. Good luck. 👍

The one helping me set up the new switch with everything (I’m cognitively impaired so things like this I struggle with and need help) said all I needed was to transfer the user and when she fixed that for me all I had to do was start the game. Fleas can be pretty random as far as I know, or just generally unpredictable. But there’s also certain months that they aren’t active at all. If you’ve caught one before, your Critterpedia should be able to tell you when they’re able to appear

Some context - This alt does not have diy recipes unlocked, meaning they are still in the tutorial phase (if that's really a thing.) They are not in a tent.

If the tent isn't even placed down, that's probably the reason, since the birthday event usually triggers as the player exists their house/tent upon login. Either that, or it's because they haven't introduced themselves to any of the current villagers by talking to them at least once.

Unless "they are not in a tent" meant "they already have a house", in that case only the latter scenario would be the explanation

I have never been online so there's no co op, I have three fruits, you get your native fruit, your mom mails you one, and then when a villager visits your home keep talking to them and they'll eventually give you a new fruit

what do you mean by relocated? the maps haven't changed, you just seem to be unaware that the shoreline (including the airport) is generated randomly after the main land, and therefore may not line up even on the few maps that can (but don't necessarily) have a perfect airport-to-resident-services lineup

But essentially, when I go to place an order, I get the option of just placing the order or sending it to a resident. I don't get the option to send it to one of my switch friends. I already have unlocked KK, I have the best friends app, all that. So I don't understand what I'm missing.

Had a question! I read the friendship guide and gifting guide but was a bit confused; if I have a stack of crops that are worth more than 750 bells in total and I wrap them and gift them to a villager, will this give the max amount of friendship points possible from a safe gift?

all safe gifts are only +1 point (safe meaning generic things like fossils, fruit, crops etc) and wrapping them adds +1 point
