• What if I have an open plot?
Amiibos still need to be invited 3 separate times, even if you have an empty plot.

• Can I choose who the Amiibo villager kicks out?
Yes, just make sure you've spoken to that villager at least once and their house isn't currently being relocated.

House expansion upgrades can be paid off in whatever timeframe you like! The only limitation is that Tom Nook will not offer you the next upgrade until the current loan is fully paid

Not always. There are other ways to check if Celeste is visiting though - such as group stretching or visiting the Roost before 7pm

No. Celeste only visits on nights with meteor showers. However, it is totally possible that you have a very light shower and would only see a couple of shooting stars within an hour or more!

You can buy plots 7-10 from Tom Nook. Once you place a plot kit, it will be empty and you can search for villagers immediately. Be careful to only place them one per day if you want to hunt, because the plots are only guaranteed to stay empty for the first day. After that, they have a chance to autofill with a random villager.

Alternatively, now that you have 6, your villagers can start asking to move out. If you agree (day 1), they would pack up the next day (day 2) and then their plot is empty the day after that (day 3)

Yes, the first camper will always be a smug, he will appear the day after the camping is built.
• Do I need an empty plot for campers after the first camper?
If you don't have 10 villagers yet you need to place a plot for the camper to be able to move in.
If you already have 10 the camper will replace a random villager, that will immediately be in boxes once you've agreed.

Gotcha! Just wanted to clarify, no worries.

Even without a cooking station placed, they can still cook items. They would just pull out a default one during their cooking time, and it would then disappear when they’re done

You can really decorate however you like, and you wouldn’t ruin any of the mechanics like crafting and cooking! My only tip related to mechanics like that would be related to gifted clothing items. It can be helpful to have a wardrobe item in the villager’s house, as you can interact with it and view any clothing items they may be storing!

Keep in mind that this is by no means the most time efficient way to get all of them, it's just very space efficient and therefore also minimizes repetitive work such as watering

You might want to breed the rarest ones (blue rose, green mum, maybe even purple windflower etc.) on their own in a layout with better odds, since they are so difficult and time consuming to make even in those

Here's also a basic breeding guide, but for more efficient (but also complicated) blue rose methods see #garden-science-info , the one in this one has pretty low odds of producing one and therefore can take very long to actually make a blue rose, so you might want to consider the other options too. Treasure islands are player-made, nearly always hacked islands, where all the items have been hacked/modded into the game. You cannot get to a player-made island with an NMT, those have their own pool of randomly generated smaller islands they can send you to. As treasure islands are player-made islands, you always need a dodo code to visit one.

Hacked treasure islands, or anything hacked in general is prohibited on this server though, but if someone would be hosting a legitimate treasure island, they'd advertise it in #mysterybags-and-yardsales , that tends to be a very rare occurance though due to how time consuming it is to set one up legitimately.

Once you finish step four and get the target villager to say that they’ll be moving out, then I would say that it’s safe to jump two days ahead from the date you’re currently at to empty the plot. If you want to avoid the plot getting autofilled, then I wouldn’t recommend jumping back to the current date just yet, especially if you time traveled pretty far out. That would still count as more than two days and the plot will more than likely be autofilled at that point.

Two non-native fruit wrapped still is one of the cheapest ways to get the most friendship points + photo chance. You're getting clothing because your villager friendship level might be low and even if it isn't, clothing is always in the return gift pool no matter the friendship level or what you give, and it is one of the most likely things to get back alongside a furniture piece. This guide is still very much accurate except for mail trick, that doesn't work anymore

If you're aiming for a photo it can take a lot of gifting to get it depending on your luck, 5%-8% is quite the low chance for something you can reroll only once a day
(would take effectively 12-20 gifts on average after reaching level 5, of course less or more depending on your luck)

And in any case you first have to get to level 5 friendship to even have a chance

Note that once he does give you those plots, you’ll want to be sure to invite villagers before you complete the furniture for them. If you wait til after, the plots will autofill to random villagers and you won’t get to choose

Just figured I'd add, it's very easy to unlock those items even if you don't play Pocket Camp - you just have to download it on your phone, complete the pretty short tutorial and then you get access to linking it to your ACNH

You can find instructions for this online as well, but essentially once you complete it, link your Nintendo account to Pocket Camp in the menu, then you should be able to claim a special order ticket that will also give you a code to input into Switch eShop, giving you access to the items

That’s not possible. All hardwood trees become cherry blossom trees during the cherry blossom season. The only way to keep them forever, would be to time travel and stay within those dates

(April 1-10 for Northern Hemisphere, or October 1-10 for Southern)

Based on the message you're getting it seems that you're also too close to the beach rocks, so you'd probably have to move the other incline two tiles back. Probably best to build this back one first after demolishing to make sure there is space for it

Based on previous info you mentioned, it seems your island was started on about April 16? The requirement is 30 days after initial nooks cranny is fully built (not 30 days since you started or placed the shop kit). My guess is that this is your issue, since you’ve definitely met the other requirements!
