How to obtain “work of art” for the museum?

is your museum a building ? do you have the art wing on the first floor ?

No the museum is big and with fossil floor downstairs, fish on right, bugs on left and “art” upstairs

so you have the art wing opened, then you should have redd the fox visiting from time to time (at the back on your island, on the little beach up north) he sells art. Some villagers may also give you real or fake pieces of art

you should have access to gyroids then, there's at least one per kapp'n island (the fragments at least); if it rains on your island you get 2 gyroids digging spot, and you have chances for fragments washing ashore

The only way to fix it is to not put a path underneath or remake the custom design yourself. If there is a transparent pixel in your custom design, then it will ‘attach’ itself to the path underneath to either show parts of it or fit the dimensions of the path rather than be a big square

Redd gives you the side braids (Hair47)
Katrina gives you the neat pompodour (Hair46)

Okay! So right now, you can visit mystery islands and invite up to 3 villagers. You can do this as soon as you want. Once you have progressed a bit further, Tom Nook will eventually give you 3 plots that you'll need to place and furnish. Once you complete all that, anyone you've invited from the mystery islands will start moving in ^^

You won't break them so long as you're using a shovel and you haven't eaten any fruit! If you eat fruit, or hit them with an axe, then you would fully break them.

As for the question about the villagers: It sounds like you have a few more steps before you'll get those plots, so you'll have plenty of time to invite a third villager from a mystery island, if you want

Hiya! What's the full extent of getting possibly hacked items? I know there's dangers of acquiring them but I'm curious if there's a whole list of its warnings or something like that

The list of hacked/not tradable items are in the pins for the trade channels so you can check the pin if that's what you're asking. As to a list of warnings... They won't break your game to obtain them, they just aren't something that you can obtain without hacking to then trade, which is hence why they're banned from mentioning on the server

e.g. some food recipes will unlock automatically when you catch a particular fish, and can't be turned into a DIY card for trading without being hacked - hence they're trade-banned on the server

I asked since I know that some hacked items can do some wacky stuff to your switch (Ex: Not being able to get rid of it in any way once acquired - Possibly can mess with your island once placed down - Spawning in "dead pixels(?)" Once placed - Etc) I was curious to the full extent of the dangers since I'm worried about possibly ruining my island if I were to own one accidentally

Anything you can't naturally have in your inventory or even naturally exist.. like trees that have the zodiac stars on them... the plaza bench, etc. Those things. THAT will screw your game up by just having them.

Nothing will happen to your game, no. Like if you go to a treasure island and get a stack of wood, or get furniture, or whatever... nothing will happen provided that it's an item that you COULD get legit

If they're not hacked, it's fine. I've picked up plenty of items from treasure/gift islands

It's the items that 'don't exist' which are the problem, e.g. star fragment trees, extra letterboxes

Like if your game knows how to handle you having it, then it'll handle it. But if your game doesn't know how to handle you having it... IE, the plaza bench, etc... then that's where it gets icky

As Nours said, if it's something Tom can give you, don't bother. If it seems really odd and unlikely, don't bother. Star fragment trees are obvious, for example. But picking up a couch or a table or a piece of clothing... You're usually pretty safe with those

So to be clear... there's "hacked that'll mess up your game" and "hacked that won't mess up your game". Hacked in items in a treasure island, won't mess up your game... so long as you, as we've said, don't get the stuff that you can't regularly get. Stuff Tom Nook gives you (tents, etc) don't try. Stuff you can't naturally acquire (like... the plaza bench) don't try. But if you want to go get some NMT's or some stacks of wood, by all means that won't cause any issues

The number of levels you have doesn't impact the rating. It's all about the furniture/flowers/decorations and such

What I would note though is that some fish only spawn in rivers/lakes at certain heights so just do a few checks on if you've caught those fish

•• Meteor Shower & Shooting Star Spawns ••
• Shooting stars only happen between 7 pm and 4 am. There are two main types:

• Heavy meteor showers: These are usually announced by Isabelle and discussed by villagers, with stars shooting in groups of 5 to 8 roughly every minute or so during the whole night. These are pretty rare, averaging around 10 per year.
• Light meteor showers: Only a handful of 5-star groups shoot each hour, if said hour has a clear sky. These average between 5-10 per month.
• Note that weather patterns use a seed and are set in stone for your island, including when the shooting stars will appear, to the second. You can use Ninji's MeteoNook app (https://wuffs.org/acnh/weather/) to help determine your seed and get your weather and shooting stars forecast for your island.

Shooting stars don't always mean Celeste is visiting, but Celeste visiting always means you'll have shooting stars. Isabelle announcing a meteor shower and that Celeste is there often happens after 7pm if you've only just logged in, otherwise she'll typically mention some other NPC is visiting for the day

You can add them as a “Best Friend” by toggling to the “All friend” tab (press R twice after opening the app) > select the player you want to add > “Ask to Be Best Friends”. They have to accept your request, but once they do they will appear in the “Best Friends” tab.

she just give you hints, what matters here is you need nature points, so plant bushes any tree, flowers etc.... if you want more fruits, you have a 10% chance to find a "fruit island" which are filled with your sister fruits (anything but apple)
to get more variety you need to trade online though, you can get up to 2/3 by yourself (from your mom's letter) plus coconut

They only spawn in winter when the snow 'sticks' to your island. The snowballs are in pairs, usually somewhere semi clear of furniture/items so you can roll them around to make Snowboys. It's possible you have a 'fluctuating' pattern but if you time travelled and then went backwards, then yes, it can reset your pattern and change your prices

As long as you have 10 villagers, I believe any camp visitor has the possibility to kick the most recent. The only difference is that you do get to choose who leaves if you are using an amiibo. Whereas with regular campers, they choose someone at random, so you'd have to close the game and repeat the process til they hopefully pick who you want.
