As you upgrade your house for more rooms and, eventually, pay off all the rooms to then purchase storage upgrades, you can increase storage space to 5000 items

Not really no, there are chances the villager moves into your move in queue to autofill the placed plot
This require : you to have space in your move I queue
The right voided villager to move in.
Then filling the plot and not other villager from your move in queue.
Basically no you probably won't be able to get them that way

Voided villagers don't just jump from being voided to an empty plot

If you play online with others frequently, then your move in queue might be full already. It's possible, but it's a very remote possibility compared to the more likely option of autofilling someone totally random

You have 2 villagers? You don't have a move in queue yet afaik. You can't adopt from other players until you have 6 villagers

Tom will ask you to place three plots and a whole bunch of furniture soon. If you go to Nook Miles islands before you finish placing furniture, you are able to invite those villagers to you. As Nours said, you wouldn't be able to invite anyway

The axe can be use to chop trees. It has nothing to do with building houses, unfortunately.

Each player gets a tent at the beginning of the game, and as you pay off the loans you can upgrade it to a house with several additional room expansion options. There’s no way for one player to have multiple houses.

The cabin walls are a wallpaper for your house. To build new houses you set new plots down which tom nook guides you through. What your seeing is a decoration for the house you just did the loan for, not a new house entirely , to add onto Megs answer

I have a plot available, so I’m not sure what’s happening. I checked if I just didn’t save or didn’t invite them by going into another island, and it was empty which I figured means I have no available spots since that villager is moving there. I’m not sure if I should time travel ahead any more?

it can be a bit tricky to get it to work, if you have 6 villagers, you just need to be sure the villager you want to move isn't the latest. talk to everyone, save make the month jump save, and day by day, if after 14 days you don't see a bubble, my advice is to start over the process, if you see bubbles continue as you are doing

be sure to save once you have agreed for them to move too

You would have to login to that character to decorate the interior, since you can only decorate your own home. But after that, yes you could definitely add another character to play on.

The only thing to note is that the resident rep is the only one who can progress the game, so if your island isn’t post-KK concert, then you’d need to use the main character still .

Yes. You add as a friend on Switch then if you visit one or the other. If you have the Best Friends app on the Nook Phone, you add them as a best friend. Later on you can remove them as a Switch friend and it’ll cut the AC best friend connection too

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
4. If you have NSO (Nintendo Switch Online), trade with other players by visiting the trade channels in this server and seeing where to sell your services or goods!

Once you have the campsite/upgraded RS you can invite Amiibo with the ABD. Ables sister doesn't have an upgrade

There use to be a way to quickly put down different custom patterns that would generate in a specific pattern around the square your standing on (just like when you drop items) As of right now I am having to select every pattern then put it down with the tool and it's taking forever. Is this part of one of the upgrades I missed or am I just forgetting how to do it? TYIA for any help

If you close the Island Designer app - which I’m assuming you’re using - and open the Custom Designs app instead, you’ll have the option to “Place on Ground”. I’m pretty sure that’s the method you want.

Depends on the stage of the game you’re at. Visiting random islands with nook miles tickets is the most obvious, but you can also get them via the campsite, using amiibos, or adopting from other islands

Ah my bad. I didn’t see it explicitly stated at the time so I thought you were using the path tool that comes from terraforming vs. the custom design app in your phone. Glad windigo stepped in then!

I place mine in a diamond style pattern if I'm trying to breed flowers, whether hybrids or not.

etc. where each 'x' represents a flower and the 'o' represents a space that it can spawn into after being watered

So for example if you want pink hyacinths, you'd plant red and white together. I might have a row of red (x o x o x o) and then the second row is white, the third row is red. And then with enough watering and patience, a pink flower should grow

If you're using Yue's method it really can come down to RNG as long as you have 6 villagers. It can take a really long time and sometimes get frustrating, it is just bad luck

The intro doesn't need to really be totally finished before you get villagers. They won't spawn unless you have an open, unsold plot, which you can place down by asking Tom Nook to sell some land

You can invite villagers via amiibo as many times as you want, you just have to do the three invite thing each time to get the moved in. Each time you invite them though will be like they are a 'new' villager. They won't remember you or your island. People also cannot invite from your campsite so you have to be able to move them into your island and then they need to be in moveout boxes for someone else to adopt them

As long as you have more than six villagers, it's just RNG/luck as to who asks to leave. Nothing else works except time

The group stretching is in the plaza, and there's a radio near the place Tom Nook is. Its like a mini game thing
It will tell you the instructions after turning on the radio

I'm not sure if a villager will move into the one completed home or you need to complete all three before it starts. What I do know is that the unfinished homes won't have anyone move in until you're done. (You can invite villagers to the plots through hunting on nook mile islands before you place all the furniture requirements if you want to choose who they might be)

Is my luck screwed up or something? I've used 3 full inventories of fishing bait attempting to get the stringfish and have found nada.
But when I time travel to June I catch 4 great white sharks, 3 sunfish, and a whale shark with 1 inventory of bait. (Yes, I was fishing at the correct time and place for the stringfish)

You must invite an Amiibo villager and craft them their requested item 3 times in order for them to agree to move in. It doesn't need to be 3 consecutive days, just 3 days total.

• What if I have an open plot?
Amiibos still need to be invited 3 separate times, even if you have an empty plot.

• Can I choose who the Amiibo villager kicks out?
Yes, just make sure you've spoken to that villager at least once and their house isn't currently being relocated.
