You need to mass buy bushes from him (about thirty is the suggestion) and it may be the second visit when he gives you the DIY. I had someone visit me last week to see Leif but she only got the DIY a few days later when he visited her island

Yeah, the flower guy. You can see him elsewhere, yeah. People advertise in #npc-visits or ask for him. It’s not a guarantee he’ll give it to you next time but that’s at least what happened for her. She had so many shrubs from me and he wasn’t budging 😂

I really need help, so I first had a Switch Lite and now have a regular switch, and im trying to play with my niece but all my stuff got taken off the lite cause I wanted to sell it but now kinda gave up and just wanted to give it too my niece. And I was able to have her join my island as a resident without having to buy it again, but now its only working on my regular switch and im trying to transfer the save data from my main switch back to my lite since it keeps saying she has to buy it now. And it says she has 0 data at all and im not sure whag to do to fix this cause she has fortnite stuff and dont wanna delete incase it deletes EVERYTHING. (Its so we can play with each other without having to use the same switch) (edit: I even tried using the tool to transfer it in eshop)

Hello, im not really sure what you mean, but if you go to the Nintendo Eshop then search up Animal Crossing you find the transfer data. If you download that, I think you can transfer it to your Switch Lite

Eventually you open a museum with Blathers and can donate fish to view them and be proud of rare ones - CJ is an otter (?) who comes around and will buy fish at a premium price, or make furniture items that are tiny models of them. You can also sell it to Nook's cranny as noted.

Can I upload my island's save data to an SD card and reset my animal crossing island, then reload my island again? (through the SD card, by inserting it into the switch)
Or would I need an animal crossing game card?

The island doesn’t save to an SD card. It saves to the Switch. The only thing you can do is to back up your island and transfer it using the Island Transfer Tool to another Switch.

When you open up the game and get the opening screen and starter music, you should be able to hit the - button and there should be an option for removing a resident

As far as I know, yes. You can’t reorder photos (unless they’re NPCs in the DLC I think) and posters are certainly things you can reorder but they need to have gone to photopia

Some need to be on tree stumps, some on flowers, some on white flowers specifically, some from shaking trees, some are on the beaches' rocks, some from whacking rocks, some from leaving rotten turnips on the ground, some from leaving trash on the ground, etc etc
Meanwhile fish is mainly straightforward and down to luck

sturgeons are a size 6 shadow whereas the bass is a size 5, so if you see something that’s big but not BIG big then you can chase it away. i always find way more of those on the mystery islands.

That's correct! Once you've built Nooks Cranny, Daisy Mae will be on your island to sell turnips to you each Sunday morning (5am - 12pm). Then you can sell turnips at Nooks Cranny Monday-Sat

How animal crossing works is one island per console, so as long as you don't reset the data the way you launch the game wouldn't matter. That island will always boot on that console. If you use the same game on another console you get a new island, on that console

no you’re good! it’s really on personal preference. the only thing you cannot move is the beach rocks, the dock, airport color & location, location of the secret beach, location of river entrances and location of the town hall.

i personally prefer the green & blue airport and i like to have one river entrance on the bottom and one on the side, town hall kinda far from the airport and decent villagers to start with.

What Yay is saying that since the island is on the switch, only characters on that specific switch can live on the island. If the second character is on the second switch, they will have their own island. You can transfer them, but it would need to be a profile on the target switch

Alright, just two more questions, are the offsprings the same as any seeds/ones you pick up? And is the process the same for all types of flowers?

The offspring aren't always the same. There's all sorts of fancy genetics involved that (not being a science person 😅 ) goes straight over my head, so it's possible the coding can be a little different from the seeds. The rule I always followed was start with seeds rather than flowers from a mystery island for the 'pure' genetics.

In terms of breeding flowers, yes, the process is more or less the same in terms of the spacing requirements but some flowers are more complicated than others, e.g. it's easy to get blue pansies (white x white) but blue roses or green mums require other hybrid flowers (hybrid red or hybrid yellow) which can look the same as the normal flowers, so it's not always clear what type you might have until some sort of magic happens 😂

You need gold - you water black flowers w gold watering can to spawn the golden flowers. It will not work with any other ones

heyy, does anyone have any advice for kicking villagers out? im fairly new to the game but time travelled through the first couple weeks to the point where ive filled all 10 slots and kk visits my island! i have quite a few villagers that id like gone and ive tried all the popular methods- time travelling both 15 and 30 days (i even went to 2060), ive used pitfall seeds, ignored them, hit them with nets and i havent seen a single thought bubble above any villagers heads! wondering if i need to progress in the game further or theres a different method that works? :))

You must invite an Amiibo villager and craft them their requested item 3 times in order for them to agree to move in. It doesn't need to be 3 consecutive days, just 3 days total.

• What if I have an open plot?
Amiibos still need to be invited 3 separate times, even if you have an empty plot.

• Can I choose who the Amiibo villager kicks out?
Yes, just make sure you've spoken to that villager at least once and their house isn't currently being relocated.
