I'd say so, but that's up to personal taste really. Effectively, the DLC unlocks a new island you can fly to from the airport where you have a job designing vacation homes for villagers. As you decorate more and more, you unlock items and new things that you can use in your own home on your island, like dividing walls, counters, different lighting, etc. And after 30 vacation homes, you can unlock the ability to renovate your villager's homes too

If you are looking during the correct months and time of day, then it’s most likely just due to the low spawn rate. They are quite rare, so you definitely won’t see them too often. Other than that — make sure your airport gate is closed, as tarantulas will not spawn in multiplayer

But I'm putting furniture everywhere, getting all the weeds, planting and watering flowers, etc but it's still just 2 stars. Is there any quick way I can get up to 3 stars? Would having all 10 villagers help? Or does that have nothing to do with it?

Daisy sells within the range of 90-110, so 104 is higher. The highest price to sell at Nooks on a high spike is 660, and even if your island doesn't have a spike, other people might post about selling prices that make it worthwhile for you. It's all a personal preference thing 🤷‍♀️

well the game has been out for a long time so nook miles ticket is inflated, if you trade you can get some. as for turnips so like a fee when you come visit to sell; some will ask for tips, you are the ones "making the money" if you sell them on their island, if you come to buy from daisy mae, it's just a regular fee

Hey all. Loaded list of questions.

TLDR: We got a copy of ACNH and my partner has fallen in love with it. As such, we're getting them their own Switch and ACNH copy for X-Mas.

So besides the Island Transfer Tools on both Switches, what else do I need to know in advance? Also: What happens to my character on their island? Can we transfer it to a new island? Will inventory stay?

The new switch unfortunately will need to make a brand new island. One island can only exist on one switch

if you transfer the whole island the old residents should be there, you can create profiles on their switch to "adopt" your villager back
the game will need to be started anew in the previous switch though.
also bear in mind you can't change who the main resident is, so if you have the main thing, you have the island, if your partner does they have it. during the transfer of a secondary character to a new switch (not to transfer the whole island) they only keep their inventory afaik

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
4. If you have NSO (Nintendo Switch Online), trade with other players by visiting the trade channels in this server and seeing where to sell your services or goods!
