Of course. You don't need to water them but they follow the same rules as other trees in terms of spacing though. You can't plant them too close to the hill between beach and grass or they won't grow

In a lot of the tutorials related to controlling the villager who moves out using the campsite it says if the camper suggests making a villager you don’t want to leave leave you should not end the conversation close the game and come back
But when I do it it’s fine if I finish the conversation because it lets me have the option to say "I’m not ok with that"

You were always able to say no, but in doing so, makes it so you cannot reroll who the villager wishes to replace. Replying "no" will always make them choose the same villager even if you close the game to try again.

Weeds, flowers, and trees count to nature points. Furniture count as points provided they are displayed and not thrown as an item. Do you have anywhere where materials are laid out, or there is a ton of stuff/furniture/buildings bunched up together?

Similar to an unlock schedule or something (can't do this until you've achieved this)

What do you mean by this? Do you mean the first six villagers? The set personalities will be: Jock, Sisterly, Peppy, Normal, Lazy, and Smug (campsite)

For the first two those are auto. The next three you will receive plots to place and donate DIY's too (I believe this is after you construct the first bridge)- the last set villager is the campsite smug, which you need to build the campsite for

Follow this trick —> Kapp’n picks an island for you to go to right before setting sail, and unlike with NMT islands, the game does not save upon departure, so it is possible to reset for a different island. The game may save anytime after closing dialogue with Kapp’n, so it is advisable to close the game after landing, before Kapp’n finishes talking.

No. What it means is whenever those islands appear it means that is the date. So you can catch critters that matches that date. That is it. You can find those islands as much as you can depends on your luck

You have to had experienced the season in your island for those seasonal islands to appear

You can catch them pretty easily if you equip your net and stand well in front of the tree, because if a hive falls it'll be right next to you, your character will turn to face it in shock, and all that's left for you to catch them is to just mash A to use your net
(Make sure there are no things under the tree that would make the hive bounce further, and that you are right in front of the tree so that after your character doesn't just shake the tree again instead of using their net when you mash A after they turned)

It's not necessarily theitem you might be looking for but that's an alternative to just grinding fishing and diving

Talk to the dodos on your island (at the airport) and ask to visit or invite friends, doesn't matter which. They will give you the best friends app on your nook phone. Then you will need to add that person on your switch account as a friend via your switch home. Once they are your switch friend and are on your island, you can add them as a best friend.

I traded someone and received NMTs. Now every time I visit a NMT island, it's literally one of two islands: a bamboo island, and a rock island. It alternated between these two the last 6 trips. No fruit other than my original. Did I get scammed (somehow?) How do I make NMT islands randomize again?

it is random. bamboo island is one of the most common one. the only other kind of fruit you can find is your sister fruit, on fruit island , which is also a 10% chance, so perfectly reasonable to not have seen it in 6 trips

Ofc, I had to place my tent or whatever, but then I accidentally deleted the switch profile, and I plan on re-doing my island, but I dont know how to move the tent I placed on the profile. I forgot what triggers this, but after a bit the nook miles app gets upgraded to give you smaller tasks that change each day. There's 5 available at a time, and when you complete one and claim the miles, a new one comes in.

Bear in mind you can only adopt one villager on mystery islands per day, so once you've found one you like, even if you use another plot you wouldn't find villagers on island before the next day
