I would like to start prepping my island to create a circular rock garden. I have a spot in mind but I want to make sure I’m meeting all spawn requirements before I start covering my island in weeds or mannequins. I know I need a full 3x3 spot for each rock. The holes in this pic are where I plan to force spawn each rock. I know I’ll have to push the cliff by the top left back temporarily for that. I don’t mind if I won’t be able to farm each rock completely as this is mostly for aesthetic purposes down the road. 2. You can build a home for them in HHP or invite them to the roost; also in your camp you can do DIYS for them once a day for 3 days to have them move in
3. Special characters you can only build a vacation home for in HHP or invite to the roost, they do not do anything other than give you a photo when you scan them in + build a home in HHP

1. For special character it is not possible without the amiibo in hhp
2. you need to invite them each new day, 3rd day after you complete their diy task they will ask to move in
3. it is just for fun, but as you progress you can unlock diys that you can use in your island (like partition walls and pillars) + unlock the ability to redecorate the inside and outside of your villager's homes - and yes, if you have the DLC you can make vacation homes for every one of the base non special villagers

Sometimes it does take quite a while unfortunately. Make sure your airport gates are closed, as they won’t ask to move in while those are open. Other than that, if you do indeed have an empty unsold plot, you just have to keep at it. You could also try closing/re-opening the game to see if a quick refresh helps!

Just depends on what you’re looking for, I suppose. There are plenty of opportunities to obtain furniture in general: Nook Shopping, Nook Miles Redemption, Nooks Cranny, balloons, rewards from Wisp, gifts from villagers, DIY recipes, and any special items you can receive from NPCs or events!

If you’re looking for something in particular and you have a Nintendo online membership, you’re quickest option would probably be to try trading for those

probably depends on the bug too but on average?

You would make more by just selling them to Flick. Each model requires 3 bugs, and its sell price at Nooks Cranny is just 3x the sell price for that particular critter. So selling the critters to Flick at 1.5x the sell price will always be more profitable

Example: Agrias butterfly sells for 3,000 bells at Nooks Cranny so the Agrias butterfly model sells for 9,000. (They sell for 4,500 to Flick, so you’d make 13,500 instead!)

Yes, if Celeste is visiting then it means there will be shooting stars. However, if it is only a light meteor shower, the shooting stars may be very infrequent

If Isabelle announced the shower, then it should be a heavy meteor shower which means lots of stars!

I noticed the last 2 days that my game time on Animal Crossing is 1 hour later than it's supposed to be. I am pretty sure it's because daylight saving, but I am wondering if it's supposed to fix itself or if I'm supposed to change it in the settings. On my switch's home screen it had the correct time.

There shouldn't be any discrepancy between the Switch's time and the game's time, as the game uses the Switch's system time...
Unless you always left the game running and only put your Switch in sleep mode, in which case the Switch automatically applied DST, but the game stayed on its time, if that's the case, a simple save & quit should be enough to fix it

they need to be in boxes moving out, then someone with an open plot can visit your island (or you can visit the island of someone who has someone in boxes moving out) to recruit them. the destination island has to have an open plot available
