Depends on how far you go, and when you do, TTing from before noon to after noon will change the price. TTing from the day before to the next will change the price, but not the pattern of the week. Otherwise if you stay within the confined hours, it will maintain the same.

i.e. 8AM same day > 9AM same day.

Or 1PM > 5PM same day.

Gifted/ungifted means that the villager has received items, e.g. clothes, furniture. Some people prefer villagers that haven't received anything to match their aesthetic.
You can use time travel to move out villagers quicker, as well as amiibos.
You can only go to another island to invite someone over if they are in boxes (ready to move out) and you have a completely empty plot

Hi! Can anyone who’s farmed seasonal DIY recipes with the jail bar method help me out? I’ve successfully gotten every single DIY from every season except Snowflake season. There were a few repeats but I was eventually able to get all the others. However, I haven’t been able to complete the Snowflake season DIY’s at all because I’m getting the same 2-3 recipes over and over again. This has happened for the last 10 or so hours. I’ve tried time traveling to different dates within the season and even different years and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this? I just want to finish getting them all so I never have to have jail bars on my island again.

Yep, pretty much. There are ways of determining how many animals there are and their types so that some are harder to find, like there aren't as many octopus as cats for example. So you might be more likely to find a cat than an octopus but it doesn't mean you'll find the cat you want, if that makes sense

Someone did some math, not sure if I'm allowed to or even able to link, but if you google "ACNH Cooking Optimization: How do I make money by cooking? " there's a reddit thread where someone's got lots of info, a spreadsheet, etc. Generally speaking cooking seems to increase value, especially if you're cooking your native fruit into something else to sell, but it's not universal. For me personally I found that the added Bell value wasn't worth all the time actually getting through the animations, managing the inventory, etc.

So I see in the pins that the way to get diys is from balloons. So for people that do giveaways of hundreds of diys do they just farm hundreds of balloons all day? I know they can potentially spawn every five minutes but jeeez

At a certain point when you have lots of DIYs, the beach bottle and recipes that villagers make become duplicates. I can get six duplicate recipes a day from going to the Happy Home beach and Kapp’n tour before anything drops from a balloon, which means they start to stockpile quickly 😂

Your own beach (once), the DLC beach (once), and mystery island tour beaches. So that’s three. And then villagers will craft three things a day too

It’s mostly just using the guide and a lot of patience. If they are your last person moving in or you haven’t ever said hello to them, then that can be an issue but otherwise, patience.

I’ve even skipped to next month and several weeks within it to see if I can get his Harv shop to reset but it’s been the same exact flowers each time! @plucky lance It's been a while since the last time I did this, but I thought I remembered there being something weird to the order. Like if you do the system transfer first, you then have to re-add your Nintendo Account back to the source system in order to use the AC Transfer tool.

If you go to the island after 7:00 pm (after 11:00 may be better,) chop the trees and dig the stumps, break the rocks, pick the flowers and move the stems to the beaches. Catch all the other bugs. (The mole crickets are annoying for this.) Flat islands work well, other islands vary. As I understand it, this works equally well in tarantula or scorpion season, but I haven't tried scorpion season myself, and it is scorpion season in the northern hemisphere right now. (So if you're in August in the northern hemisphere, this should work to create a DIY scorpion island, but you won't get tarantulas.)

If you bury 10,000 to 99,000 bells in a glowing hole, it will grow into a money tree. 70% of the time it will grow 3x 10,000 bells, and 30% of the time it will grow 3x whatever you buried. (If you bury bells in a regular hole, you will get a hole with bells in it.)
