Crafting is always one item at a time. Blue marlin is available all day so it’s rng. If you want you can fish in a mystery island. Smaller island means it’s easier to scare away all other fish shadows. Higher chance to find rare ones. But it’s still depends on your luck

Also the thing about tools is personal preference. There’s a nook mile achievement for breaking tools so if you want that quicker you can go for flimsy. But if that annoys you then go for sturdier tools ^^

Most of the time people with really good-looking islands adapt their decoration and custom designs to match each season's dominant colors, or use time travel to stay in the season their island looks best in

I think what Lunaar is going for is that if a tree has more than 12 trees in the 9x9 area surrounding it, it won't grow. It's based on the tree's location and not the map acres though

That's the best method there is. It's still heavily up to luck if you get a bubble or not, even with a method like that, so it may take a while to get one, especially on a specific target villager you aren't alone with this problem
Would just suggest to keep going, perhaps return to real time and start the process over if you feel like it. Good luck!

beach visitors will cycle out daily and be replaced by new visitors every time you complete a home. once you build the cafe and restaurant you will also be able to find customers inside them. you can't remove vacation homes but there's no limit to how many villagers can use the same map with a different house, and you can visit them to move them to a new map if you like

Since you’d be just starting out, just keep in mind, you wouldn’t be able to use those villager trade channels right away. (You can’t invite villagers from other players until your 7th villager plot.)

Yep! After your 2 starters, you’ll eventually get a quest from Tom Nook to furnish some plots for villagers 3-5. You can choose to invite villagers from mystery islands, or you can just furnish the plots and they will automatically sell to a random villager.

After that, you’ll build a campsite and get your first visitor. You must invite the visitor to be your 6th villager.

Once you’ve done all of the above, that’s when Tom Nook will let you buy more plots of land for villagers 7-10. This is when you can finally start inviting from other players, if you want.

2. ||He will give you 3 plots to build and furnish so new people can move in. ||

3. ||After all three of those villagers move into those plots, Nook will soon ask you to build a campsite. After building it, wait for someone to visit. This campsite villager must be invited to live on your island to advance the story.||

The only bad thing that can happen is if you sell turnips at certain hacked islands, it will give you a negative number. This will max out your atm to 1 less than a billion bells and it will make the nook mile rewards for making money off turnips impossible unless you already have them.

Im a returning to ACNH and only now getting the HHP DLC. Im blown away by the outdoor design tools they implemented, its so much easier and quicker to design. This has probably been questioned before, but any chances they implement these tools to use when designing in the main island?

Just have to hit rocks. If you do all 6 rocks on your island, you can either TT to tomorrow or visit a mystery island. Or if you have NSO you can trade for iron online

I've had this happen to me before, and I was not able to give it to the villager the next day. It took an additional day to become the "what was this again" item, though. So, I just had to keep it in my pocket for an extra day before I had an option to throw it out :(

Leif will give you the hedge DIY once you are the first player on the island to buy something from him, on three separate visits

Hmm, interesting. As far as I know, those are the only requirements. It may be hard to come across a spare, given the way you receive this DIY (only 1 player on each island can get it). If you purchased on other islands, and anyone purchased from Leif before you, that could be the issue as well. You have to be the first to buy from him on each of the 3 days

So if you do start the process on a second character, just make sure that player is the first to buy each time Leif visits
