Good luck!! I think it took me about two or three months to get everyone’s maps unlocked!!

So worth it though I honestly just unlocked them all with leaf tokens because if you release 4-5 villagers from their map, and level them each to level 10 it’s a level up for u

I think I ended up with like 200 golden treats even after having everyone at level 10?

General question which one is better pocket camp or animal crossing new horizons

In terms of enjoyability, Pocket Camp

Sure, NH lets you create and customize which is every player's favorite aspect, but it really overshadows the original charm of the old games. It's still there -- bug catching, fishing, villager interactions and the like, but it's mostly a decor sim. I like decorating, but I'm not much of an architect nor a landscaper.

Pocket Camp on the other hand has three monthly events that has much more replayability than NH's events -- gardening in the first quarter, fishing tourney in the 2nd quarter, and gyroid scavenger hunting in the last quarter. You can increase friendship levels of villagers quicker than NH does. Decorating isn't much of the main focus. There's even a few minigames (Happy Room Academy and Treasure Trek). Even if I started playing last November, I would actually prefer this over NH.

Well starting out fresh I would literally just do exactly what the quests say and meet as many villagers as u can and do their tiny item hunt quests!

You’ll get lots of tokens that way which will ofc help u get fortune cookies and clothes!

My stuff has been maxed out for so long that I don’t remember much about starting out except religiously upgrading my cabin/camper/amenities which was awesome but I ended up regretting because I barely had any frends to hangout with, had like under 100 people somehow and NO islands or maps done

Grind the heck outta blathers maps, and unlock as many villagers as you can early on. Try not to spend leafs on speeding up furniture, because they get you really nice special items, but also dont stress too much about saving leafs because theyre super easy to get early game. It does slow down as you level up, but still easy to get. Do the events, but dont stress yourself over them, as they are recurring. Everything is obtainable with time. <3

also the good part about this game is that before you craft something you can preview it

Yeah, thats generally what I advise. Its a good way to speed things up, but saving them for bigger prizes later like the 100 leaf token character stuff during different events is always more satisfying

No they now go to this little KK party area and just hang around there all the time, at 7pm they go to the stage to watch KK perform every night!!

You can still ask them for entry in the quarry, 3 friends gets 1 entry and you get 2 entries a day so it’s best to have at least 6 friend cards!!

I don’t have a switch anymore (yet) so it’s been my only way to play animal crossing and I love it!

I also love how you get to wear soooo many different wigs and hairstyles I wish they would add them to the base game

Yes so head on over to #camper-cards and add anyone you like!! And there’s no need to be shy because it’s completely one ended they don’t see if you add or delete their card from their game

I also like to look on Google for others bc I like the little buddies to have my favorite villagers (they will give u stickers of said characters sometimes when u say hi)

Hey people! I've been wondering how worth it the game still is. I haven't played in forever because I never had anyone to play with and so people just feel like NPC characters that stand at random locations now.

I remember when I first found the game I was excited to play. I even was able to get my brother into it as well at the time. But now my brother and I haven't played anything together for years because he's moved out years ago and always works always has something to do and I'm always left kinda like an only child ever since. We never really got along well for many things. I eventually never played many games with real people very often because I never had someone around I could physically chat with who cared about games. I would love to play this game again if it's worth it still but I'll leave that up to you guys to let me know as recent players

Hm. Pocket Camp is a nice game. I log on like once per day minimum.
However, if you are looking for any multiplayer related content, that no longer exists (e.g. you can no longer visit others’ campsites ingame). The game is now an offline single-player experience, and the only “multiplayer” thing left is the use of Camper Cards to have their villagers aid you with entering the Shovelstrike Quarry.
I would say that Pocket Camp Complete was better when it was priced at $10, but I have missed that deal completely, so…

You can use them to get a furniture from a limited set, or you can use them to pull from villager cookies that are not in rotation.

A chunk of these tickets can be gotten from Gulliver as a reward, but events also give them out too.

Also to add what Loop said the tickets can ALSO be used to get any event/special/clothing item you want from the catalogue. Just go to “craft” and click the golden catalogue at the top. I personally prefer to use my tickets this way because instead of getting a random selection from the fortune cookie you get to pick directly what you want.

It does kind of suck to see the items later on become craftable after you’ve already spent a ticket on it, but it also helps you save up your tokens for fortune cookies (and also helps you save ur sparkle stones and timed crafting material)

You get 4-6 tickets per month depending on how many event quests you get done!!! (so the ticket is never truly wasted because you have more coming in the next month for free)

everytime I go to my campsite there is furniture placed that I removed like an hour ago. I remove it again, and the next time I go back to my campsite its back again!! Ugh!

Check to make sure u don’t have the auto design feature on, Timmy and Tommy will decorate ur campsite according to the current events of it’s toggled on

I also noticed if something keeps going back and it’s not Timmy and Tommy, save the camp and travel to one of the islands the come back sometimes you just need to make sure to move places to save the settings in stone

If u do the Happy Homeroom tasks you’ll want to keep at least ONE of every furniture item you craft or gather!

But if ur just interested in Apple and Raymond I’d just feed the items to gulliver because that’s how you get Raymond is by gathering and unlocking his map

I’m pretty sure after you level up ur camp/cabin and other stuff Apple just wanders around naturally waiting for you to meet and invite her
