You can send more detailed information here

#

Like I said before, a realtime light should be able to light up static surfaces with baked lights just fine, as long as the material shader supports it

@warped moon im so sorry for late response.. this is my flashlight settings

warped moon
#

Nothing unusual here

glacial sigil
#

i didnt understand about "material shader"

#

why cant i see my flashlight light :((

warped moon
glacial sigil
#

i mean geometry one

#

i have this on all of my static objects

warped moon
#

What?

glacial sigil
warped moon
#

Yes, often they do
The material's shader should be one that supports realtime lights
There aren't many shaders that only support baked GI, but still some so it's a possible culprit

#

If that doesn't seem to be the problem I'd look into limits on realtime lights potentially imposed by quality settings

warped moon
#

No

#

Pixel light count is another potential problem
If you already have lights in your scene that are capping the limit, that would explain why more don't show up

There we go

sry im a beginneremoji_17

wait

warped moon
glacial sigil
#

i noticed that on one of my object

#

i can see the light

warped moon
#

So, what's the next step?

glacial sigil
#

or smth/

warped moon
#

You are using forwward rendering

#

Did you increase the pixel light count yet

glacial sigil
#

i cant find how to do it

warped moon
#

The reason it's so low currently is because you're using Very Low quality level which disables most of visual effects

glacial sigil
#

like this?

warped moon
#

Why not

glacial sigil
#

or more

#

how much it depends on perfomance?

#

thats a VR project

warped moon
#

8 is considered a lot

#

usually

#

But it's just the maximum limit of lights per object
The performance depends on how many lights you have, which depends on how many you choose to place or create

#

But that should solve the flashlight problem

glacial sigil
#

IT DID

#

OMG

#

I WAS TRYING TO SOLVE THIS LIKE A WEEK

#

@warped moon YOU ARE MY HERO

#

OH MY GOOOOOOD

glacial sigil
#

@warped moon sorry for the ping, but.. So it worked at first time, but now my flashlight doesnt work again :(( Pixel Light Count was set to 8, i tried pasting 16 but it still doesnt work. can you help me?

warped moon
glacial sigil
#

my Pixel Light Count somehow dropped to 0

#

it now works*
