Hello, yeah what Hatty said, please put bug reports in the feedback channel. We take a look at all you guy's feedback at the beginning of every week and try to fix as many as we can over the week.
Your specific bug is something we are working on fixing since I think a lot of you guys found a similar bug, though you may have to wait a bit longer for it to make it into the beta.

My feedback about beta after playing 40 hrs. Ver 8.71 W10
- I am stuck like most others at Rank8 Stage4 Rank Up Sun to level 10. I don't know whether the dev put this barrier for the time being or not, but this barrier is absurdly high. It makes the player to stop playing, and I recommend you need to change it to an accessible one. My PlanetX has 7 common upgrades, Hills cloud 8 common upgrades and still years are needed to achieve this goal. I spent a lot of Darwinium although I know it will not be replaced but at the end I stopped playing at this point.
- I sincerely recommend putting a reset system like in Mezo Valley (maybe it is in the plans). Since the card count we can get on hands is very low compared to Mezo Valley, the rare and epic cards cannot be upgraded much. I don't mind buying some Darwinium to open Giant Stars but still too few cards to rank up the Celestial bodies and objects. My top upgrade is at lvl 6 at the moment. Replayability is not achieved in beta, and it is where the main problem is at the moment.
- Research boosts are good, but need to add some more options. Some humble ideas here. Research a Nebula, Black Hole, etc. and maybe spend some Darwiniums also to upgrade one rare card (the one that needs least number of cards to upgrade), or the get extra stars, or your most producing object produces 3 times more for 24 hrs .
Apart from these ones, thank you again for all the hard work and bringing this game to us. Beta is nice to play at the moment, designed well, some known bugs but not problematic. Again replayability is the main threat I see at the moment.

Just quit Solar System and come back, the beta will give you huge amounts of stardust. With stardust you can rank up planets and other objects, that will give you dark matter and also speed up the simulation. Astronomy missions rewards also give dark matter

- The Quantum Charge has made its way to space… as Juno!
- Feel the vastness of our solar system with a redesigned tree layout!
- Hide the Space Garden HUD when you’re in split view!
- Card payouts have been improved for late game generators.
- Check out a new and improved Dark Matter icon.
- Re-sort your cards when loading the Traits tab!
- Shoemaker-Levy 9 has been added as a Jupiter object.
- Enhancement category icons have been updated.
- The size of the sun has been enhanced.
- The size of the moon has been decreased in relation to Earth.

I appear to be stuck on Planet X/Sun 9, unable to advance further. Should I restart my progress to account for features involved in the new update, or is there something else that i'm fundamentally missing which if I don't understand will block my progress even if I reset and work my way back?
(Current values are 63 Planet X's, but only a single payout multiplier card, 614/750 Suns needed for Sun 10.)

Set your mission and play the System until a notice says ready in green. If the Ready icon is yellow, that means there are mission spaces available to be filled.
I should point out that I am, personally, an Astronomy/Astrophysics geek who is very good in terms of knowledge base. I was going to study it full-time in college, but my weakness in Calculus nixed that. Still it is one of my lifelong hobbies.

Phases 9, 10 and 11 change almost nothing, and on July 15th there is a progress reset for the beyond so You won't lose anything if You don't get phase 9

12, huh? Right now, I think the spatial limits are being tested and I hope that more tasks are added to the new universe ranks before release. As far as the ranks go, 12 (and Alpha Centauri) is a good place to end phase 1. If we test it out and get more tasks added to ranks 9-12 in future passes before release, I think this will be a successful beta test.

without using any exploits such as autoclicker, changing the date, or the stardust dupe bug, I think it's impossible to reach rank 10 sun. Also even if you get to rank 10 sun, there's still a MASSIVE stardust goal to leave universe 8.

I don’t know if this is on purpose or not but for the collects 1.0M stardust I can’t spend it I have to have all 1.0M on me, if I buy something it goes down to my current stardust amount. I may be misunderstanding collect but I thought I’d share.

yeah, in the latest beta patch they increased the drop rate of cards for later solar system objects, but because everything gets more expensive in the later you get less cards, so yeah I have gotten planet X upgrades, but not enough, so I reset my progress.
yeah with the planet X upgrades cards I got 2 Ddc a click, but it wasnt enough.

yeah the advice is dont upgrade objects to early, but buy just 1 under a rank upgrade to maximize gains and to get more cards in the later game.

devs say our progress will be deleted on july 15th, but what if we used the transfer save feature to store our save in the clound, then download it back to our computer after the reset.
also ive tested if the transfer save feature works with beyond, and yes it works.
however, having a fresh reset to test progression is good, I wouldnt save my game to escape the reset, besides ive resetted before, it doesnt hurt.

I had an issue as well, if you progress enough to unlock the thing that appears after, suddenly you can buy the oort cloud as well. At least that's what worked for me.

Yeah, that task takes a lot of time. I'd recommend you to level up Planet X to at least rank 4 and hope to get its traits dropped as many times as possible

I'm at rank 5 Planet X, 3/3 traits (no Heliosphere or Spherical Shell). Earning about 1Tdc per hour, and 750 Sun is about 222qdc. It's gonna take me a bunch of years to get there unless I get really lucky with epic/rare card drops 😂.

I've reset a bunch of times too and this is already the farthest I've been able to go with this objective.
The possibility of finishing the objective shouldn't depend solely on card drop RNG...I don't mind it if the progress is overall dragged out longer for the first prestige (hopefully there will be prestiges in the release version??)--like, I think it's reasonable to be only able to do 1 or 2 universes a day for the first run, then have the epic/rare cards and dark matter carry over to the next prestige. It's an idle game, after all. But to be stuck this long in one objective doesn't make sense.

Second, on completion of mission requirements which are layered, are you supposed to get only one payout for the two? For example. Also, on the first mission of rank 3, is the Collect Stardust to 1T supposed to always reset when you purchase planets? If it's supposed to function like The Valley with Mutagen, the total accumulates with the top bar being the bank with allowable consumables for purchasing upgrades.

The problem with oort cloud is you have to rank up Makemake to lvl4 and Haumea to lvl3 to open it. And it can be done when you reach to rank8 even without its rankup goal appear.

For everyone that say he is stuck because the missions takes forever:
I found a bug, if you go back to the Main Simulation and then back to the Beyond, your Star Dust will be multiplied by a stupidly large amount.
So, if you really want, just do this a couple of times and you do everything in no time.
But honestly, from rank 9 to 12 it's really bugged and boring, because 9, 10 and 12 is just "collect a stupid amount of stardust", and only 11 has Alpha Centauri, but it doesn't even have his own cards.
Don't let me talk about rank 13 (If you're curios, I made a detailed bug report in the #854034806551871489 )

Is anyone else experiencing game restarts after watching ads? It does not happen after all ads. Could be related to those that open a Google Play popup (on Android). So what is the secret to getting to 750 on the sun? It's insurmountable at this point, not to mention roughly the same amount of star dust afterwards for the next object.
I'm sitting at level 170 on planet x with level five 32x payout and level five 32x speed on it. The celestial body payouts, speeds and costs are all level 4 and most the constalations are finished.
I dont know what else I can do at this point

Is it normal for you to lose your Research Boost when completing research tasks? IOW, you get done with your research, and no matter how much more time is left on your booster it resets to zero when you begin new ones.
Also, is there a way for you to get some beta Darwinium to purchase things like the Giant Star and not get a penalty against your totals?

Note that Steam doesn't have ads but that also means no boosts. So yet again I've hit level up sun to 10 and will just wait for the next reset to play again. If this wall exists once it goes live I'll just shut off the game for a few weeks once I reach it.

No, dont spend Darwinium, spent is spent, you wont get it back, and it gets a full reset ofcourse. Everybody will start from scratch

Well I think it's like thats the cost of the next object so it goes down when you spend your dust or if you buy it because the goal isnt to reach that amount but rather to purchase the object for that cost

Another opinion is the enhancements. As we have separate classes of planets and stuff, I think you could separate per area the enhancements too
As we see, this is the photo taken from the game button for photo. Yea, it's weird because there are dots on the planets, beside all the other stuffs. My suggestion is to take out those dots on the planets so we can have a better photo
