at the start of alpha test a few months ago, I joined the alpha test. Then there was a beta sign in my profile. I never wanted to be a beta tester, but to get only a short look into the new reality update. A week or two after that I left the alpha test and unsubscribed the alpha test and uninstalled the alpha App on my mobil. Today I still have the beta sign. I want to be a regular player again like in all the years before. In Playstore there is now such a button to leave the beta, because I never used the beta App or registered to it. The Support can't help me and send me to this Discord Chanel.

Is there a way to help me?

That's a really old beta software version you're using.

Actually, that's the version of the Android Alpha app, not the main app.

I think that even if you have the software versions in between, conversion from alpha to beta had fundamental compatibility issues, wasn't recommended by the Devs, and corrupted people's saves.

I just abandoned my android alpha save file.

Personally I do update to do the beta testing 🙂 So, I have seen the astronomical highs (at least for me) in terms of the levels (I think once I hit around 280 or so), but now at a complacent 75 with the last build that the devs have released 🙂

For one version in private alpha thy enabled cross platform saves

Eventually they re-enabled crossplatform saves

But when they did it you could still downgrade to those buggy private alpha builds on iOS
