I have found the percentages to be confusing also. If you start with a base of 10, then:
+100% = 10 + (100% of 10) = 20
+200% = 10 + (200% of 10) = 30
+75% = 10 + (75% of 10) = 17.5
-100% = 10 - (100% of 10) = 0

yup. That help command is quite useful. What I find really amazing about time scaling is that the animations are scaled as well. You suggested 0.001, but that is WAY TOO slow; something like 0.1 is interesting to watch, or even down to 0.05.

Ep 20 was supposed to re-use some of the themes from Ep 18-19 for a few weeks, then get the new ones. However, we missed linking the old Ep themes to the new generators. They'll get the re-used themes shortly, and new themes ... probably along with Ep 21.
