Speaking of Sirius - more of an observation than a bug, but it's a twin star as stated in the description. Where's Sirius B? The garden shows Sirius A (the Blue Giant), but not Sirius A. I figured it would show both kind of like Alpha Centauri shows all three.

There is still a bug in the Reality Engine (Steam): When I open the menu on the left side it's completely empty.

A new closed beta version (18.62) was submitted for Android/iOS (Available later today) and Steam (Available now) . The following features have been added:

Beyond Episode 18 focuses on visual features and bug fixes:
-Alpha Centauri now appears in the Episode 18 Garden
-Beyond 18 text is localized in all languages.
-Cosmology icon updated.
-Beyond Jump feature is now required on beta update (see below).
-Series II lootboxes named and described properly, database updated.

Main Simulation:
-Entrance to the Beyond moved to the beginning of the game. Two new nodes β€œGravitational -Field” and β€œMilky Way” unlock the Beyond at the bottom of the Tree.
-Events are unlocked later in the game
-Fixed: Unintended low mutagen and card requirements for card upgrades. Original progression has been restored.

❗️❗️IMPORTANT❗️❗️: the Beyond Jump feature, which resets your progress to the end of a previous Episode in the Beyond, now runs automatically when you update to a new version in Beta. Your Darwinium will be reset to where it was before the new Episode. Beta players** SHOULD NOT** purchase Darwinium during beta testing because the new Darwinium will be lost on reset. This reset is important for testing, which is the function of the beta release channel.

I find that the Beyond Phase 2 speed seems to be faster in 18_62 as compared to 18_52. Especially Sirius seems to be generating stardust faster than what I remember when I was testing 18_52. Anyone else see that? Or is it just that I got better cards when I spent 100 Darwinium for the Black hole? Also the Cosmology trait card art seems really good πŸ‘πŸΌ

There is a way to retrieve all the Darwinium bought before updating to the latest Beta versions.
Before updating, you need to save your game progress and upload it to cloud. After you update, you'll have to download the particular save from cloud. That way, even after the Beyond reset, you'll retrieve back all your Darwinium.
Note:

  1. If you download your save in the main screen, once you log into the Beyond page, you'll have lost all your Darwinium again. So, what you need to do is enter the Beyond screen, and then download your last save.
  2. This method only works if you've uploaded your progress AFTER buying the Darwinium. If you hadn't saved your progress between buying Darwinium and updating the game, your Darwinium is lost forever.
  3. If you had saved your game a long back and if you had progressed a lot in your game, needless to say, all that progress will be lost after downloading your last save. But at least you'd have all the Darwinium you bought before uploading.

I've been running my current main simulation for weeks now but the stats say it's only been for about 40 minutes. Does it only count when the game is open now? Did this change recently or when I joined beta about 6 months ago? The simulation prior ran about 2 months and it said the same thing on speeds; 3778.69 to 3778.69. It seems pointless to start a new simulation because my speeds don't increase if I start a new simulation. I can't remember what the were before, but i feel like they were also reduced. I knew that the metabit earn rate was slowed but it looks like my simulation speeds have completely flat lined. I see others with xxx,xxx speeds and I can't get past 3,778.

On beyond 17 you get the first star but on rank 18, you enter a new diagram of stars (Hertzsprung–Russell diagram) : the separation of the beyond tree and the garden is designed for the second part of the tree too. But I think that one of the two should be removed. The problem is that the star era starts on rank 17 but beyond phase 2 and the new diagram starts on rank 18
