The thing is, before you try to find someone who knows Unity, you should learn a lot of Unity yourself cause in my case, I don't like working with people who have little to no knowledge in what they're trying to do(no offense to you), for example, I have a friend who keeps asking for me to help him make a game to which I indirectly say that I don't want to do it cause of their little knowledge in the field since if I actually tried to do it, I might lose every bit of motivation with trying it anyway since I'd likely be pulling the entire workload while he would just keep asking about every line of syntax that should be already learnt before getting into such a project.
