If you do an upgrade, don't buy the RX 5700XT, it's a good GPU but is known to have several issues of being slightly damaged(or whatever the word was). I unfortunately didn't find that out until I now have it. The most common issues I run into is randomly my monitor will go completely green and then the system restarts due to a GPU failure, luckily it doesn't happen too often. Other times there will be random blocks of color disfiguring on my monitor that lasts for about 5 - 10 seconds.

Honestly, I'd recommend a GPU of at least specs that are as good as the 5700 XT or better cause any lower would not do well with high shader details on Minecraft and I'm pretty sure you're the kind of person who likes to have good shaders for MC without lag. SampeDrako might also give better input than me on this topic but I'm doing my best. What's the price range you'll go for?
