Hello everyone I have a strange question about this game. I love that Bolero was chosen as one of the songs in the game, it gives the game a very epic feel at the start.

However I just google searched whether Bolero is public domain and apparently it is public domain in all countries except for the US, which is pretty ridiculous as Ravel died in 1937. My version of Cells to singularity was gotten from US app store and still it contains the Bolero track, so I'm wondering how the devs were able to use it?

Did they get permission from Harry Fox agency?
