I would upgrade the lower level cards or cheaper ones, but how you play and time you play is important, i try to (for the planets) correspond the speed of production to the stardust multiplyer. With the dinosaurs i just upgrade as soon as i can. But thats how i play

I would upgrade the lower level cards or cheaper ones, but how you play and time...
You will have a hard time getting the rest of the achievements later on
You should save mutagen as much as possible, first dinos don't need to be upgraded much, like to level 2-3, later on you can upgrade them to like lvl 6-7. In beyond you should also ignore the first planets and sun traits since they don't give you that much and you could spend dark matter on a better generator
