It's pretty standard for inputs (like clicks, including autoclicks) to be processed per-frame at the most, meaning it'd be limited by framerate

and they have around 20% chance to contain 2-3 darwinium so you can easily get 2 diamond geodes just from that

yes, thats how the shop works, if you got a lot of traits where you are missing trait cards then you are going to get random ones out of those that you are missing so you might not get the ones you actually want
if you buy flippers or upright posture you should get the new stuff though

if yes and you got a lot of mutagen around then go for lvl 11
alternatively you could try to get to the next stage first (47) to unlock the second trait for Argentinosaurus and then upgrade both of those to 11
that should carry you to 50 very easily
