no. Once you reach prestige 10 in MV or Rank 17 in Beyond, there is no way to reset or reboot. You can delete all your files and reset the ENTIRE game (including the main sim) but no way, that I know of, to reset just the MV or the Beyond by itself.

Buy 10x is arguably more useful cuz the cost for 100x skyrockets.
On a typical run in the latter ranks of MV, all my weaker dinosaurs reach 250+ just by using "Buy Max". The medium ones reach 150+. The higher ones rarely reach 100.
