Make sure to progress mesozoic valley, and don't be afraid to manually restart your simulations so that you get the bonus speed from metabits in the first place

Mesozoic valley gives a speed multiplier bonus to the main simulation as you progress through the ranks. That bonus should help you generate metabits faster

Well, based on the fact that if you look at Steam Achievements, 4% of users have unlocked the Giganotosaurus, which then obtaining 200 would reduce that 4% to approximately 0.1% just by guess since very little amount of that 4% would have completed it. And since SteamSpy estimates game ownership ranging from 500,000 to 1 million, we'll give it a guess of 750,000. That would approximate to 750 users. That might be slightly inaccurate as a lot of that was guessing, but that's the best I can give.
