Yes, players always ask about this. The long time is meant to show the ineffectiveness of AI on computers of the past. If you would run ChatGPT on computers of 20 years ago it would take ages to get an answer for example. Or (more likely) the AI would be fast but not very intelligent.

The slow speed is to indicate the state of AI over time and it will be fast when you continue to build and discover the exploration.

I'm can't make a fully reliable guess, but if you have never linked anything (neither Cross Platform Save option nor Google Play) and you have no method to recover any data from the phone (automated local Backups, synced to cloud or apple), I think you should contact Computerlunch to get all thinkable ways to recover your save.

Yea, the soft cap at this point if you haven't found some trick is around 84. Continuous autoclicker helps a lot, and I suspect the higher 84's are doing the 2x time trick also. I was 83.75 when I stopped collecting from my empty-sim run and started the next one.

I'm just empty-simming until a content update comes out. You should upgrade (spend any leftover currency) then collect for a hour to a day then go back to empty-sim.

XP growth is based on entropy/s x idea/s and multipliers and any boost you have (from e.g. watching ads). To increase XP growth, improve these. Either directly or indirectly (by e.g. buying nodes in the Reality Engine, logit or Darwinium puchases). You can check your multipliers in the stats tab of the RE.

At many points in the game you'll be in a position where it's best to reboot/upgrade your universe and buy RE nodes to get significantly more XP. You might also reach the soft-cap, in which case you will need to wait for an update to the game.

Nodes that help with Metabits/Knowledge will very much help you in future runs (because you will be able to buy more nodes).

TLDR: Play the game, reboot/upgrade, buy stuff.

So the new update is similar to that, where it unlocks the "level II" nodes. As you continue levelling up, you'll continue getting trophy nodes that unlock the level II nodes for each idea generator, in the same order you unlocked the generators originally

Load a (crossplatform) save from before the reset and try again. I never had this issue myself but I read from other players that it sometimes occurs.

If you lost significant progress you can try to contact support to see if they can do any fixing or compensation. But if it's "just" a day I would not bother them with it.

Yes, I got that too. There are two conditions in which this happens.

1. When the game runs for a while, around one hour, it forgets your logged-in status, but it is still in your save and when you close and reopen the game it comes back.
2. After a few weeks the game logs you out no matter what. I guess the cookie that remembers your logged-in status times out by then. The only solution is to enter your password again when this happens.

It's a bit of a gray area. First there are no hard bans in this game. You can be marked as cheater or hacker and lose ranking in leaderboard and rewards in explorations.

Encountering a bug that gives you an advantage should normally not immediately trigger these sanctions. It differs a lot if you handle it responibly or not. So if you find a way to trigger 100 free Darwiniums: Do you responibly report it (Use #1010249890414202880 and do not mention how the exploit/bug works to the public) or do you not report anything and use the bug 1000 times to get 100K darwinium. That makes all of the difference to the mods and the devs.

Some players have reported a bug that gives you 10 million Mutagen. I encountered this as well and reported it in the appropriate thread. I did not get any sanctions.

Some older players have extra levels (+research chips) they got by encountering past bugs, maybe in alpha. Some players got to research level 1000+ by abusing it and got sanctioned. Others got a level or two and kept their hands off it and did not get sanctioned.

The pass is quite useful to me. It just is priced way too high. If you have family or people you trust with money in countries with lower prices like Turkey you can ask them to buy the infinity pass via the web store on your player ID. Or do it yourself when you are in one of these countries for travel. Then the pass will be much cheaper. Around 2.75 EUR for one month in my case. That's what I'm willing to pay.

Prestige is a bad idea. There are tons of stories that can be added to the simulation. Why would we be playing the parts we already played again and again? Meso had a great potential, too, but prestige just killed it.

Devs did say that they want to "do something different" for Beyond Prestige, instead of doing repeating what Meso Prestige did. What form that ends up taking, or if they even will end up doing Beyond Prestige, we'll have to wait and see

In fact, I don't have long periods of time to play games thats why Cells is a good one. I mean I check it, buy necessary things and quit untill I have time.

But it turns into a just-clicking game after a while. You don't even read the description of the nodes. Just look at the boost amount and click it. They should use more interactive ways to overcome it (if they want ofc). For example, I would prefer a quick and small question before buying nodes. It would be more enjoyable and educational.

It's always been a "just clicking" game. It's an idle game. It's practially inherent. If you don't like this aspect of Cells, then you might not want to continue with it. There's nothing wrong with getting bored with a game. Perhaps it's time for you to get a PC and.. well.. lots of options after that, and ofc you can use a PC for a ton of non-gaming stuff too.
