At a guess, it's due to clicks only being processed every X frames, so the dropped clicks are when a click happens during an invalid frame

If you use cross-platform save feature to make a backup of your file you can quickly finish an empty sim and buy up the tree. If you don't get what you want, download the backup. I logout of cross-platform save while buying up the tree - it can decide to upload another copy if you've gained a level.

Generally update the later ones since they'll be the bulk of your production. Be a little careful on upgrading too much. If you're going to do the prestiges (and it helps in main sim), you'll need to save up on the upgrade currency.

Fair enough. The best way to protect yourself is to always use the in-game crossplatform save, so that your save is saved to Computer Lunch's servers. That's also how you can easily move your save back and forth from mobile/tablet to take advantage of the 4x ad boost, even if you are on Steam normally.

heh. iPads do have their uses. Cells is the only game I play on it, but it's nice to be able to read/reddit/etc in bed. Though YT I prefer on PC bc adblockers etc. Yes, there are content blockers on Safari on iPad but the experience is somewhat nerfed

You get less XP, because that depends on Entropy/Metabits. Extend your runs if your RL isn't increasing fast enough for your liking.
Otherwise, just your sanity. For a long time, they're the most time-efficient way to get Metabits/Knowledge but it's intense

If you play on PC and want the ad boost, you can install an android emulator and play there. Game will be really hard without any of those things, especially events where people have 250-350% bonuses from badges + 4x boost, you're effectively competing against people with 10x the speed.

@fluid delta I think yesterday you told me you get through the ad boosts in like 2 minutes by force closing the app on ipad. How do you do that? If I force close on iphone it doesn't give the reward.

I meant force closing long ads bc some are obnoxiously long, so it’s usually faster to force close them (as you see, no reward) bc you generally will get a shorter one when you try again, most of the time. ofc the really short ones (5 seconds) are great and bc ads often repeat if done as fast as you can, if you get lucky you can get the full 3 days topped up in less than a minute sometimes 🙂

idk, it is what it is, based on your current event bonus and how frequently you jump in and out of the event. it takes the time it takes, but if you are like me and usually have event bonus around 250% or so, and 4x ad bonus, and jump in and out of the event every 5 or 10 minutes (bc events give best result that way), you can usually get an event done in a few hours, and Top 10 as well if you don’t start 1st day

I almost never do ads for nanobots. but 5% bonus means it will take longer than if you have like 250% ofc, but you can get the event done in a day or so I think, even so, given your 4x ad bonus

Bots become goated in combination with an autoclicker. Run the autoclicker during the nanobots and chill in offline mode during nanobot cd.
And if u got IP, you can do it 3 times in a row.

Nah, not worth it. If you are on Steam and refuse to top up 4x ad boost with mobile (or don't have IP) then just leaving the event open and running autoclicker all the time works decent.. still not as good as going into and out of the event on mobile but.. Nanobots though, they are only 1 min, they are ok but not worth going out of your way for IMO

It bars you from getting any progression roles in #🏆-share-your-prestige, but you can still get self-applied roles from Channels & Roles. There's no technical wizardry behind it, mods just don't give more roles to people with the jester role

The core loops all revolve around not clicking much at all.
So an autoclicker is more a utility here and an athritis protection
