e.g. someone who is 75.00 would see both 74's and 75's.

You sometimes see people with the wrong level since it goes by xp but what xp is needed for each level has changed a few times.

It still doesn't make sense. The RL72 in my list is 1.69e360, the RL82 that is immediately adjacent to it is 2.23e360. I don't think that's ever been true for those XP numbers.

The only explanation for that is that players who ever were in beta (I was) are in a separate beta leaderboard. I asked ComputerLunch Support about that and they said it was not the case. (They said that the leaderboard itself was in the beta stage, hence the beta tag behind it) But that does not explain why my game reads "Global Leaderboard [BETA]" while those posted by other players just show "Global Leaderboard"

Yes, you're at level 23 of 29. Just continue and go your pace. And if you're in a hurry to progress further, get some black holes. They will give you epic cards that boost your earnings (and therefore leveling speed) a lot.

Well, I'm in the normal version of the game since the release of Reality Reboot. So that worked. It's just that I have the beta tag attached to my account because I once was in beta.

If you're interested, this is what the beta leaderboard looks like from my perspective. This is ~8 days in game time through this run (pre-empty sim nerf), so should have more info in a week or so. Before my last run ended I was RL73 and ~2-3k in the ranks.

My main account was never in beta.

I think it somehow got tagged because of my alpha test account. Google play linking is the only mechanism I can think of: I used a different email, and different device.

I think with many recent updates, since reality reboot, we got many updates in a little time

And with some parts of the game and how is the gameplay today, we tend to forget (except maybe empty sim run 😅)
it's still an idle game, incremental with some exponential progression

You can play different sim and different strategy, but you still have to wait, and balancing between end game and new players, or just slow one, won't be easy to do in the rewards, it would have to be personalised reward for each player...

But me I was thinking about a bonus related to how old your save is, or your total time played

So in this case you could be more rewarded at end game with a permanent bonus

It would also be great for returning players, who played a lot in the past, and boot up with the same save with all the new updates

In NGU Idle you can start challenge runs after a reset where theres a restriction and an objective. You get rewarded for finishing the objective

The game has some AI cheating checks. But I don't know what triggers them. Rocketing up with a 21 day empty sim run does not trigger anything. Playing with your clock will trigger it. At least if you keep doing it.

Diamond geodes at or near level 50 are the answer. Easiest way to get them is to do the Event grind. Once you have a set of badges or so, you should be able to rank top 10 consistently (assuming you have time to play).

Ofc, ranking golds higher than you have is unlikely to be necessary. And if you haven't got all the Meso achievements, there are likely better things to spend mutagen on. But I get wanting to rank the golds.

Takes a fair bit number of card levels / mutagen to do it quickly. But no rush.

I think I disliked all of it. Even if I liked it or didn'tt mind it the first time round, by the time you've done 550 levels - or even 50 levels tbh - it gets old. Very old.

I see people here occasionally saying the Devs should update and continue Meso. My opinion: don't make anybody feel like they have to play it ever again.

I was surprised when the Devs changed the RE nodes back to being affected by all 550 levels, not just the first 50. They are well aware that a lot of players find Meso ... Unpleasant.

But I'm not the Devs (about which I'm glad). Is their call, not mine. And that decision benefited me, I just feel sorry for newer players.

Hello, in the main sim I noticed that when we buy very few generators, even small ones, production continues to increase slowly, I think it's related to boost for total amount of some type of generator. And that's ok

But I don't get why when we buy generators on the idea side, we continue to get slightly little increase on both entropy and idea production

I think maybe they were renamed Time Chambers instead of Time Crystals? Dropped from a may of x1000 to x100 and --at least from the description text-- now increase Currency not Conversion so no reason to just sit as the Empty Sim called for?

Although they are on the new Time Tab on a Metabit/Knowledge boost section so maybe their description text does not mean what I think it means.

Functionally, with the new time nodes (that are just multipliers), metabits/knowledge generation is about 100x worse, and entropy/ideas/xp is about 100x better. sim runs cap at 14d now, and 2x time bug is still present. Myself, I am not updating and doing 21d empty sim runs as usual

It's going to be either reboot spamming or waiting for the Reality a engine time nodes to build up (to be most effective, without buying any generators AND without the most recent update).

Apart from that, get all the DW you can, and only spend it on permanent boosts. Progress Meso, Beyond and collect badges (for their effects on primary) - especially Meso.
