none of that is needed, and you get free nanobot uses every 15 min. .. you can multitap on mobile but the only time you ever need to, is very briefly at the start of a CL of an event or new beyond/meso/primary, otherwise it’s easily ignored. you can do 10 touches at a time very fast on an ipad though

you can reset the timer by watching an ad.. and do that 2 or 3 times before you have to wait 5 minutes. but while nanobots are nice to have, they aren’t worth doing a lot of, unless it’s zero effort and time cost bc you bought a month of infinity pass

When I've got the time, I use up the nanobots and refreshes and log out for... well, some pages of whatever I'm reading. After what feels like about 10 minutes-ish, I relog, cash in the x2 reward and repeat.

Maybe there's more efficient ways, and I never managed to get a better rank than 5, but it works for me.

Anf regarding Steam: afaik, Valve prohibits the inclusion of ads, at least the way that's so common in mobile games.

Depends what you have left to do in the rest of the game. There's:

A) Meso ||Finishing off Meso (boring, but after the first prestige gets quicker, especially if you buy diamond geodes at levels 48-50)||.
B) Augmentations ||Getting all the Logit purchases (or the useful ones - check the pins for ideas)||.
C) Reality Engine ||Getting the last Reality Engine upgrade - often considered the end of the game - before the Reality Reboot comes out. Check the stats for where you can improve - usually more levels of Meso||.
D) Beyond ||Start saving up for Beyond E29, especially Black Holes||.
E) Reality Reboot ||Start saving up for the Reality Reboot, especially Darwinium, maybe Logits||.
F) Beta ||Join beta testing if you want to see the Reality Reboot sooner, noting that it is not necessarily stable, and there are risks||.
G) Achievements ||Find and get them all,|||| including Secret ones||.
H) Events ||Play more of them, try ranking top 10, collect lots of badges||.

Right!! I’d forgotten Valve’s stance on ads, which I am, so glad for. But it does mean cheapest Cells experience is on mobile. But on PC there are tons better games than idle games to play. Let each platform do what it does best. Besides, I assume (bc I haven’t bothered to try), you can play the mobile version on PC via a Android emulator

There's some exchange rate for metabits from current to the update but you lose your reality engine purchases afaik (but badges, Meso, Beyond, achievements, augmentation console buys are unaffected). If you're far enough through the current version you will also be able to activate 'Legacy protocol' when you get to L50 in the update.

No, that’s Species. Science is what you get when you unlock nodes and generators and stuff.

You get Science by collecting generators (e.g. LUCA) or collecting upgrades (under the flask icon) or by getting stages (after the first time round the event).

You can see your total by clicking in the bar chart in the RH side of the screen - it's the number by the blue flask

Dodos trick, not spoiling any specific location just hidden just in case ||I was about to give up and watch a walk through for the last two dodos I couldn't find and saw someone mention in the comments the map view upgrade helps. I didn't even notice it before but it's in the logits shop and it worked, I searched from a bunch of new angles and found them. Worth a try if you have extra logits to spare and are having trouble getting to certain angles/finding one||

If you mean Darwinium, since I have completed all the content so far, I just save them. Maybe I'll need them for the Reality Reboot coming up and maybe I won't, but at least I'll have the option! Before I reached endgame, the only things I spent them on were the artifacts in Primary that gave a permanent boost.. with the one exception being that I sometimes spend that one DW in the Money Event, when playing it. I may have bought a couple Black Holes along the way, idr.

I'd save frittering them away on random stuff till you got the main ones bought ... And then I Def did fritter them away until I got all the stuff I wanted. But that's just me 😬.

Well, it's up to you, ofc. And after a few years of playing, you'll accumulate a few thousand darw. Until then, keep in mind that there are some artifacts for the civ garden that cost 100 darw (iirc, even up to 150)... And there is no difference between rank 1 and 10, not even bragging rights, as you would be the only one to know

For Cells, it's best to create a Cells login with the Save Manager within the game, then upload your game to the cloud. On a new device, download from that same Cells account within the cloud. I don't think a google login or samsung or whatever is relevant there, but not 100% certain.

'Cross Platform Saves' uses whichever email address and password you set up your Cells account with (if you did).

The Google Play backup doesn't do anything afaik (and based on the last full roadmap #📓-dev-diary message )

Live doesn't have everything Beta has.. by definition almost, bc the whole point of Beta in the first place, is to test new content and adjust and change it until it's ready for Live. As to how to go back to Live, idk? I never touch Beta bc I don't want to deal with the issues people seem to have going back and forth, and I want to experience the content as it's meant to be by the devs, and as bug-free as possible.

If I am understanding SampeDrako right, that means that it's best to have Beta and Live on separate Cells accounts.

(and that converting from Live to Beta is a one-way thing)

Beta had Beyond E29 and E30 before the Reality Reboot.

When the Reality Reboot started in alpha, the 'old' beta was paused (still there but the same-ish as public/released).

Recently the Reality Reboot moved to beta from alpha, superseding the 'old' beta. Save files from this beta will corrupt if transferred to the current public/released Cells. Some people still have the 'old' beta if they don't update their apps 😁.

(And for completeness, it seems like a very very old alpha had a Beyond E31, but that's not coming back ever).

Probably Meso. Check your stats on the Reality Engine. There are ||550|| levels of Meso, and progressing ||unlocks things in the primary sim||.

Meso will have the biggest effect, especially when you get enough metabits to buy Cretaceous Pearl (? - the thing in the reality engine that takes the multiplier to 10) and because of the generators you unlock.

Also, reboot if it's gonna get you a decent increase.

Events will help you buy things from the augmentation console with Logits (check the pins for a guide).

Meso gets a lot easy / faster after level 50. Especially if you get a diamond geodes (or several) at levels 48-50. It's a bit away for you, let letting ya know.

There's your problem right there. Meso goes up to (effectively) 550, and Beyond up to 28 currently. Events also but those are a special case in that you can't do a bunch of them at once, you can only get 3 badges per event, 2 events per week. All those feed into multipliers in certain nodes in Reality Engine, that then speeds up Primary.

There’s no match-making, Unlike some Events, to progress rank in Stone, you have to be fairly active in it. Divisions work as they always do: each one fills up as people start playing it, then the next is opened.

Just maximise your active playing time relative to inactive; while starting as late as is safe to do so (depending on your playstyle).

In general, yes. This works best when you have already completed the event several times, and therefore have a decent badge boost. If you don’t, just do it early so you earn your badges, and not worry about your rank

When the semblance icon on the top of your screen turns green there is a worthy upgrade waiting for you when you reset. So whenever it turns green, consider resetting and buying upgrades for the supercomputer. Also: When your darwinium icon has a blue grid background like yours, it has generated 3 darwiniums in the background for you to claim. Claim then and it will start generating 3 new ones.

Check your stats in reality engine and see what you can improve. It's most likely Meso ||there are 550 levels, and it unlocks things in primary||. Also keep any ad boosts maxed, buy your most effective generators, reboot primary if it'll speed up significantly, and buy logit things (check the pins for a guide).

Metabits will be converted and the reality engine will be largely new. You will be able port over your current save. You won't lose Meso, Beyond, purchases or achievements but will have to start primary again (with your metabits, and be able to get a cosmetic with another restart after a certain amount of progress in the update).

I've been playing 15 months so am v def end game. And since April(?) when they announced the Reality Reboot upgrade I've been saving Darwinium for that (although not much else worth spending it on atm).

Daily rewards, the cube synthesiser, codes, Darwinium from free stone geodes and white dwarfs as well as astronomy missions. It builds up.

Er ... It was Def nice to get the last 3 achievements / things - for me ||the super speedy one, 200 gigas and Neutrino Expansion||. But since then, I've just been doing events and doing self-imposed goals (like ||300 gigas, 300 Messier's, getting all my badge boosts to over 200 - except Cryptids||). Oh, and I tested alpha a bit.

If it wasn't for the Reality Engine update and Beyond E29/30 being on the way I'd've likely stopped playing. But that's how games work, right?

Beyond is still v beautiful - I'd still wander round that and look at the models occasionally I guess.

Idk how much watching ads helps the Devs (presumably a bit?) but it's nice that they're an option (but not forced).

I supported the Devs by buying an infinity pass (to help me with the ||Neutrino Expansion and Meso grind||), and I expect I might do another month when the Reboot comes out. But that's not necessary - for playing or supporting - and you don't need to worry about that.

I think ads help very much because a lot of people are whatching. The game is easyer with ads because you have X4 speed and you can double the profit. But you pay for infinity pass I think is a little same with watching 30 ads per day. The sponsors give money to developer for every new man to their platform. For example if is an man that watch an add to c2s and is interested for temu from ad he go on platform and pay money. And the owner of temu pay c2s for this new client

This is my mentality. Posible to be wrong but is a posibility to help tha game by watching a lot of ads. And în 2 days of watching could be like paying for pass
