You might need to do some Meso. It unlocks things in primary and boosts the reality engine to get you more metabits. And you can then buy stuff to improve your Primary.

• collect Darwinium whenever you can and spent it wisely (e.g. you've got some from the cube synthesizer - the box at top left. Its full! I can tell because it's outlined in blue, but the dot shows you if there's any ready. Have you used the codes?
• claim your daily rewards (calendar icon on left hand side).

top 15 are tied (seems primary sim and badges don't have any affect past a certain amount, but their sim score always increases with new badges, so i assume it's individual badge count that's capped rather than total), i know i haven't missed a single badge except for some events before tea, (and potentially a few beta events, but that shouldn't result in double my badges for an almost 2 year old event, which most cheating top players seem to have) which combined with above max possible primary sim (due to balancing issues, people were able to hit the metabit hardcap, since it isn't even close to possible now it's safe to assume that the best legit primary sim is e20) means that only 1 appears to maybe be legit, sMircherla (but that's only if there were at least 4 beta tea events) but they have ""only"" 441 badges (i have 617) (i assume most people get tired of doing events over and over, so it's likely most top players don't have a ton of badges)

Judging from your screenshots, I'd say you're pretty new into the game. In that case, don't worry about the augmentation store yet- like, at all. With one exception (I'll come to that).

Several augs are just cosmetics and only interesting once you have a lot more logits. The others give boni for the 3 simulations, but only the volcano would really help you atm.

I always recommend waiting with the main sim augs until you get both |speed run| achievements. That would mean unlocking singularity first. So, until then, augs are not yet really useful.

Hardest? Umm ... In terms of which I found hardest, Meso ... Because it was so repetitive (even the first time). But was somewhat necessary to do (to get the boosts to metabit production so I could get the neutrino expansion in a reasonable length of time). Wasn't hard-from-a-gameplay-perspective though. Mind you, this is fundamentally an Idle game, so nothing is likely to be gameplay-hard.

There's a meso guide in the semblance channel in / help that you might find useful.

If you look at your stats in RE you can see the multipliers that affect your metabit production: Meso, Beyond and events all boost your production. So if you want to get NE, then progressing those will help. A lot.

I'm not even a tester because I can't be arsed to report every little hickup of the app, which, and here is where my point is, a tester is supposed to do.

Funny enough- not buying to many of the things that are going to die anyway. For me, between 50 and 100 mostly did the trick.

But don't trigger the extinctions too soon. Have an eye on your production rate: if it's high enough that it's realistic to get another bunch of LUCAs (I tend to buy in 10s), get another bunch of LUCAs. If the cost is several magnitudes higher than production- extinct the hell out of em.

the way I do that is, after getting every other upgrade thingy except the extinction, I buy as much LUCA as I can without making the extinction unaffordable without waiting a while
since your balance gets reset afterwards anyways, it makes no sense to keep more than enough to buy the extinction
