It makes it easier to get giant squid in the first place and also capybara makes glires produce more than feliforms which is helpful for grinding

You have to buy the research they both unlock, and the squid's is a lot more expensive. So if you get capybara first, you can buy it's research easier and it boosts your entropy enough to help buy the research squid unlocks.

In this update, I completed the level once, then went through it again. I was almost at the very end but didn’t manage to score enough points to activate the finish line. However, that’s not the main issue. In the end, I was ranked 62nd, but the leaderboard didn’t display any information about who was in which position. Instead, in the friends leaderboard (although I haven’t made or added any friends in the game), I was ranked first.

So my question is… where is the final leaderboard with all players? And how should I interpret this double final result? After this experience, honestly, I’m not too eager to participate in the contest anymore… 😦

I join late, and only when I have a few hours where I can check my phone freely every 10 or so minutes. I don't stop that first session until I'm at least in the top 50, but if I'm not tired I push to top 25 or 10 (if possible). It's so much easier to stay ahead than to catch up.
