I'd save the Darwinium. When you prestige, you keep only rare anf epic cards. All commons start from 0. You'll get an additional epic that only levels when prestigeing and a bonus in the main sim

Usually, in the end game, you shouldn't reset too much because most of the time you will lose production you could've gotten by waiting

If your multiplier increases too little, you won't be able to gain back that lost production and basically it'll slow you down

You don't need to progress in meso and beyond to get singularity. You just have to buy everything in the main simulation, you will find this , when you'll buy it, it will ||reset your game, but you will earn metabits which help growing faster and faster.|| In fact, to get metabits, you need to ||collect a certain amount of money (entropy and idea ), every metabit need more money to be mined than the previous one. So the metabit production will be slowing. But it's not an issue because the upgrades you will unlock with them can boost the game very well. ||
