Use nanobots on buying mode, remember the path straight for SIngularity, don't wait for nanobots to buy everything, help them, if you're on PC, you can use an autoclicker to quickly buy things when you stop in one place (On mobile it'll only slow you down)

has anyone tips how I can get this achievement?
To get this achievement I planned the path of the least amount of clicks. Only unlock what you need to. Then I wrote it down to follow, until I had done it a couple of times and remembered the order. And I was at simulation 30 with lots of upgrades from the metabits to allow entropy production to take off as I went so no need for any clicking other than unlocking. I also found following the path in the tree view was easiest to see the ones needed to click rather than scrolling through the side bar.
