i upgraded a couple of times and checked it in excel and for those simple producers it's a static increase of 1.1x (or 10%) cost each time you buy another

so

initial cost * (1.1 ^ [level]) = cumulative cost

checked it backwards and it was able to calculate/predict the cost of the next upgrade before i bought it so i think it's right

I wouldn't recommend money artefact then, Volcano, and Capybara and Squid should come first, and if before the next stage of civ improvements you have a significant amount left, Sphinx and Pyramids

However, I would think that you wouldn't have time to gather enough logits for Sphinx and Pyramids to be worth it before next civ improvements, just not enough time

I just remembered Sphinx costs darwinium

But still, ideally you'd want hundreds of logits before next civ improvements (assuming you have Volcano and Capybara and Squid) so that you could buy all the Bronze Age boosts immediately

For some reason it seems like they stopped accecpting suggestions in september so im going to say one here : they should add save slots. After a while cell to singularity gets quite boring. you have unlocked everything and almost every single new thing is just a peice of cake, no hard stuff anymore!

So you may want to start a new game, but at the same time you dont want to lose your old file you have worked on so well. Sure save restore exists but because its autosave soon your old file will be destroyed anyways.

And this is why im recomending save slots : you have like 3 and 3 diffrent games for each one. So you can make new games without having to risk your old one being deleted through autosave. And most importantly it will make the game have 3x more replayability!

All Events feel nerfed, take fungus for example, with offline time and such you used to be able to beat it in like an hour, now its like 4 hours with consistent farming having more badges than that time
