I clicked on one of those golden charges right after an extinction event while red "Extinction" text was where the currency would usually be. The charge said that I got something like 14.5 M of the resource, but it wasn't actually added to my total. Is this a bug?

@sirh I figured out my memory problem. Windows had at some point been reconfigured to run an absurdly small memory page cache and windows was running out of commit charge. It wasn't C2S's fault.
