Honestly I have never been a fan of this event. Fungi honestly feels forgettable compared to the other events like once your finished with fungi you just move on to other events and pretend that you never even did this one tho I do like the theme and the music is ok I guess I just think fungi is my least favorite

5th: Pollen
I know this was the newest event but still. Pollen is cool by being the very first event to have manual generators instead of automatic but it’s… very OP when combined with time fluxes which basically means you can finish this event with like 4-5 Time fluxes because of the bees and also I believe this is the only event without a artifact however they probably will make one soon. But at least this was the event that got me back into bees

4th: Money
Ok… I know I’m gonna get hate for this because who doesn’t like free cubes? But outside of that this event was decent it was the very first event to use mode then 1 currency (no switching up the design for the same currency doesn’t count) which was very cool because you now had to focus on 4 currencies and this was the very first event to have a upgrade which cost cubes however I wasn’t a fan of this event because sometimes progress can get very slow but it’s still a good event overall

Note that this is personal opinion.

3rd: Philosophy
Ok look I actually really liked this event. It has a great theme, it was the first event to introduce badge stacking, progress was slow but tbh I think that’s what it was supposed to be like. You don’t just instantly think of an answer it takes time which is basically what philosophy is all about. Also this is quite possibly the most underrated event of them all many people say that they don’t like it which is fine ofc but I was always a huge fan of this event ever since day one because of how it worked

2nd: James Webb Telescope
Ah yes the very first event in cells and oh boy is this really good. James Webb takes the role of Astronomy which is a topic I am super into. James Webb unlike it’s other events takes things on a more simpler approach like “hey let’s replace humble space telescope with James Webb” and this event just never got boring for me, the music choice is great, simple yet fun event, and it was the event that started it all. I think we all should do a party when James Webb event becomes 1 year old

1st: Mass Extinction
Now this is how you do a event. Mass extinction was the 4th event added to cells and tbh I really don’t think any event can top this one, mass extinction introduces the mechanic of Killing off your generators which feels really cool because it makes you not just dump all your resources into 1 generator. Also this was the first event to introduce rerun bonuses which are very effective. Mass extinction starts off slow as usual but the fun really kicks in when you made Luca super stronk. Lastly this is first event and only event to go into a more darker theme like you create life only to see it become lost forever… also a artifact which is the best because not only is it super cool but it also gives you a huge buff. So yeah I think mass extinction deserves to be here
