If you use the comet, it restarts Mesozoic Valley, adding new content there.
And, to say, there is a lot of ranks in Meso.

Mutagen can be spent on Dinosaurs' traits, which can make them automatic, or make them produce more Money.

Definitely do not do the constellations with the least stars. That's terrible advice (except for aries, which is really good in endgame, but you already have it so that doesn't matter). You should prioritize scorpio and gemini, they're pretty much objectively the two best constellations.
