But I feel like that's the case for a lot of mmo's, I had the same issue with FFXIV because when I started playing was just before they released the third expansion? And like, once I got to endgame I was way too weak for the dlc raids so the only way for me to get stronger was by doing basegame endgame raids and nobody was doing those so it was like impossible for me to do endgame. And the people I played with we like weren't a big enoug group to do endgame

it's likely from a 3rd-party livery/vinyl maker tool that translates images into a sticker with the use of 3,500 of the vinyl shapes.
at least that's what it has been since 2016 when these types of programs came out (they patched the old method which was bypassing the game's livery maker and directly importing image files)
might be AI, I forgot how it works. It's a generation tool though
But that's why they often look like oil pastel art or a mosaic. Made of a couple thousand blotch marks.
Also, I love that FH6's first car-pass vehicle is the car I worked so hard to gather resources for because the race version was never replicated in the franchise.
The tune settings on it are pretty much spot-on too. Only things they changed were to keep it more predictable for average drivers.

you can just use the vinyl generators that aren't patched in the older games and copy the instructions for a couple thousand vinyls in the next game, although it would be a pain in the ass because this time you're doing it by hand.
