I had infinite ammo and hatchet durability. insanity was to get enough for rpg and infinite rpg ammo. it was two specific boss battles that irked me as my parry skills aren't great in any game and one of those two you have to melee for a bit.

subnautica 1 was pacifist enough, catching fish for food was very unrewarding
