its a bit more historically accurate compared to the savage camo

true, but those camouflages became a lot rarer towards the end of the war and you don’t normally see a balkenkreuz slapped directly onto the front of a vehicle. It does have a few historically components I guess but normally the camouflage would have been a lighter shade of brown. Just my opinion

Imo the savage camo is more realistic because after febuary 1943 all german tanks produced were painted dark yellow. The savage camo is a yellow base with brown patterns. However the above camo is still really cool and I want it😄

I'm going for the look of a tank that has just been delivered to the Frontline its going to have red-brown and green spots applied over the dark yellow and a light pinwash to highlight recessed parts and panel lines the tools and starting crank will be added after camo is applied. I also modified the suspension to make it appear as if the suspension is flexing under the vehicles own weight

E100 and tiger 2. The tiger 2 is painted as she appears in wot pc with no camo and the E100 paint job was inspired by historical photos of other late war german tanks that were repaired using parts from knocked out wrecks. If you look closely you notice that the tank is made to look largely un painted (bare meral grey) except the loaders hatch is painted with nothing except the era correct red oxide primer. This alludes to the fact that many late production german tanks never recieved proper paint/camo in their desperation to deliver tanks to the frontline. Sorry for the wall of text I just figured that due to the insane amount of work (even for me) that this required. I'd explain my work a bit😁

E100 henschel turret is real. The e100 would have 3 different turret versions in real life as there were 3 different companies contracted to build the turrets 1. The turret made by krupp (ingame version) 2. Henschel turret made by henschel and sohn 3. Maus turret this was the "tiger maus" version. Technically all these turrets are "fake" as they are based off the partially burned blueprints (the engineers tried to hide their work when the us army started closing in on the research facility) this means that the turrets could have looked very different from the drawings due to changes that may have to be made to ease production or any number of other factors. Whether the turrets are fake is not the point. I post pictures of my work here so that others may be inspired.

i think it would be cool to see where the commander of the tank actually is looking
not only can you get a reaction from shooting someone, you can also tell if the person with this is looking around or is tunnelling someone
miniscule size also would blend well with the tank
this attachment would look great on turretless tds with a cabin, since it gives a feeling of awareness to it
