• The only chances that were told were about the chances to get a tank
  They said nothing about credits, FXP, neither gold or premium account
• The main problem is that those are bet systems in a 10+ Years old game, which is quite illegal if governments actually knew that (UK is an exemple, there's a process about banning loot boxes, because people are starting to figure out "hey they are letting kids bet").
  The game is literraly allowing kids to bet, you can argue "but it's not the game's fault of the parents let the kid do it", but doesn't matter if the responsible of a kid let something happen. The thing about the bet stills.

I agree with loot boxes, ONLY IF the minimal age to play the game changes according to the minimal age for make legal bets (which is 18 years old in most of countries)

But there's another option too, a guarantee won't make it a bet at all, it'll also start to be a less anti-costumer practice

That's not what's happening. They are basically changing the rockets on the sheridan and t92 to HEAT shells. So you will still have your normal sheridan, but it wont be able to fire missiles. So you will effectively be given a free collectible that can shoot missiles, but can only be used in game modes

I seriously thinnk WG did this just to please the majority of noobs who complaina bout ATGM's. Most noobs don't even know how to use them. So they call them trash, unfair, bad. While when they play other tanks people who can use ATGM's hits shots. And they call it broke because they can hit a tank.

Noobs also don't know how to counter them. If they get slaped by a ATGM on the move they'll call it unfair and broke. The combination of this just forced WG to remove them. Wow what a change. I think the two camps who wanted missiles gone were either people who didn’t know how to deal with them or super Unis who understood how broken they are in the hands of a very good player. 99% of players can’t use the missiles in a way that makes them broken so they’re just a novelty, but when you meet someone who can, it’s just miserable to be on red. As long as missiles exist in gravity/uprising/mad games, I think this is the best possible solution.

Missiles aren't hard to deal with after you've felt the stinging pain of HEAT from above for dozens of battles, but they were an unbalanced game mechanic. They basically tried to balance them 3 times if you count the missile exercise event, so it's not too surprising to me that they got removed. Realistically, they might have been able to make it sniper mode only but you might as well use a normal HEAT shell, so that's probably part of why WG is replacing with normal HEAT.

As you can see the game also changed drastically with the introduction of the Sheridan,and the introduction of new gamemodes.

In this case the identity of the game lies in how it wants to approach consumers,and in blitz's case its changed very drastically with the introduction of these new novel tank lines that offer something uniquely interesting-such as ATGMS and the t49.

We can also see how blitz fails at doing this multiple times with avatars,rating battles and clans(before 7.4)

I've just heard missiles will be removed.
IMHO this is a mistake.

For what little it's worth, I find missiles a lot of fun and was glad for their inclusion.

Missile-fans likely appear to be in the minority because we've had little to complain about, until now. There are forum polls around that show the majority players polled are in favour of keeping missiles in the game. I imagine any player-base-poll will return similar results.

Of course, there is a very vocal minority who complain bitterly and endlessly about missiles. So far as I've observed, their complaint is always the same: missiles are 'OP'.

One look at the latest stats proves this is simply not true.

If missiles are 'OP'... why is the Sheridan one of the worst-performing tier 10 tanks? (see image)

IMHO, the campaign against missiles (including by well-known youtubers who admit they can't use missiles) has been a sad display of senselessness that ignores and misrepresents the above facts.

Like many, I've never had a problem when facing missile tanks. I find the occasional volleys a lot of fun. Perhaps it's because I'm good with missiles, like any tank, when you know how to play it well, you know how to play against it (regardless of what tank you're in).

The player-base-stats clearly show, many tanks that are more difficult to deal with... these are genuinely OP, and they're self-identified in the below image (with the highest stats).

For me, missiles started as 'something different' that I avoided. They unwittingly become one of my favorite aspects of the game. Currently the t92 is my most played tank (previously was t49). I wouldn't fire up the game nearly as much if/when missiles are removed/nerfed. I ask that you reconsider the decision.

I strongly suggest WG not give players the Sheridan Missile if they just got it in update 7.4 because they are just gonna be a bunch of noobs ruining the tier X games. At this tank you can use the 130mm cannon of SU-100Y, which have another clearly OP Ammo, almost a 150mm damage for 175mm penetration, but according to any player's witness, it still a balanced tank at last (for don't say that it's actually a little bad)

One ammo type does not change the whole gameplay, then it won't change the Charts, exactly what we can see on Tankenstein

Also, I don't want to look aggressive, but your stats doesn't say that you're wrong or correct, if so, then missiles wouldn't be "deleted" because they would listen to you

Shooting with missiles is not just that easy. They doesn't hit the target all the time. Well there is some chance that they will hit.

It's an advantage that tank has. Just like a E 100 have the advantage against grille 15 if they fought at close range.

Every tank has an advantage against other tanks. Just like grille 15 s DPM advantage . FV215B hammer's High DPS advantage

So what's the point of removing Sheridan's advantage then Sheridan will become same as STB 1

I am very happy that WG has finally decided to withdraw the ATGM on the Sheridan. It was nonsense. Indeed, several other tanks had ATGM in real life, and yet on Blitz they did not. And that was fine. ATGM polluted the tops tiers and removed the notion of taking cover, since they could reach for a tank on the other side with its remotely guided missile. No, it was completely stupid. You ended up with brainless people abusing it. Thanks you WG.

The gameplays of Standard B and Sheridan are obviously different. One is a fast light with anti HE armor and high calliber. Standard can be HEd easily by high callibers, isn't that faster and also the gun numbers are tottaly different.
T49 may be very HEd on tier 8, but let's remember the only main differences between them (not counting missiles); the HE armor, AP shell, precision. Even their design is very aren't that differet.

Sheridan vs Grille would be an interesting fight but I would give the win for Sheridan in a clear battle gorund@stuck nymph

T57 reloading time 23 but 4 shell in magazine
Buff sheridan speed again and apcr penetration because that was useless nerf.
Bc is won't work well after that very small buff. Bring it 3.0 but alpha damage 350.
Buff 113 armor little bit.

Let 263 rise again.. it's just trash.

Remove 7v7 and bring 10v10 with bigger maps. I know you can do it. It's would better than add hatefull tanks (Smasher, Annihilator).

I've looked to many Sheridans in my Jagdpanzer E100, the only frotnal HEable parts are the lower plate (because it don't have spaced armor) and a few weakspots in the turret which are pretty hard to hit. Then Yes, I affirm with tottaly sure that it have anti HE armor @stuck nymph

If HE shells hit spaced then it's automatic splash. Even if the spaced armor is 1mm, the HE will never full pen

Foch is better than 263 now. I played too much 263 games. 263 need little buffs and its not about the gun. Or speed. The armor is real problem for 263. Need magnet buff because 263 take damage from engine plate..

And maus armor is must take upper plate buff. With gold shell its easy peasy. Changing shells is not taking time so players don't forgives maus. (I'm OK with no changing time)

Wow they actually removed ATGM. Ridge line tanks meta finally alive again. Honestly game was way too toxic with them in it.

Btw WG you should consider nerfing Jagtiger's armor. And tier VIII and IX. For some tank even lower plate is unpennable. I think that armor buffs were way too much. Or nerf the gun then. It has so much armor and so much dpm. Something has to go out.

Foch is better than 263 now. I played too much 263 games. 263 need little buffs and its not about the gun. Or speed. The armor is real problem for 263. Need magnet buff because 263 take damage from engine plate..

And maus armor is must take upper plate buff. With gold shell its easy peasy. Changing shells is not taking time so players don't forgives maus. (I'm OK with no changing time)

Every new tank takes one of these. I wan't some differents. Etc. chimera is 440 is very cool.

263 needs magnet buff. It's very bad and I know you agree with me. 263 is very short tank so every tank can see top plate and there isn't 400mm, idk but it can be 30mm. Aim and hit is very simple. 263's magnet isn't close the holes and its weak point. 263 have good speed, good armor at long-range. But foch is better because it's let's you play more aggressive.
Foch is also hit-run tank, 7.1 second, hit 1120 and fallback. Thats why I foch is better. I'm not talking about pen power. Ofc 263 better.

This meta is allowed more for foch. You can see more foch than 263 in game. I forget to play 263 when I buy foch. (I Go foch for madgames and they nerfed it on madgames 👎 )

The time take to kill 25 light tanks - hours (no reward), the whole evenings spent watching twister cup streams only to be informed that “the data stream was corrupted so there will be no reward” leads players to NOT want to do clan missions (major goal backfire for WG), and never want to watch the twister cup (when streaming numbers are important for sponsorship).

I don't mind 40% so long as they actually put effort into trying to play well. My problem comes from players that end up rushing early and dying or just camping for the whole battle in an ineffective way. I always try to make do with my teammates, but I can agree that you shouldn't be able to play tier 10 by throwing your wallet at WG to rush top tier and play with less than 1,000 battles. I also don't agree with the sale of tier 8 premiums to new players, but that's a different story.

That would be nearly impossible as there are rarely more than 20 players in the teir ten matchmaker, you would never get a battle. I think what they have now is the best balance of what they can do.

The Sheridan you have right now has ATGMs. In 7.5 it will lose the atgms and get a HEAT shell. This Sheridan will keep all your camos and stats etc.
You then get a Collector tank called the ‘Sheridan Missile’. This tank has its own camo, and will have the atgms.

So your camos stay on the same Sheridan. You just get another Sheridan that has the atgms

Balancing factors: HP(Health Points), View Range, Camo rate,
FUN factors. Depression/elevation, speed, terrain resistance, shell damage, reload time. Etc.
The problem is that it seems WG often confuses Fun Factors by OP factors and they just ram them up and end up making Overpowered tanks instead of Fun tanks. Fun tanks SELL, OP tanks are cancer to the game, sooner or later someone will have to pay for it.
Everybody likes to ride Fun but balanced tanks. WG needs to decide if they want A Great Game or just a money making machine.
