When a below average player gets to platinum (with max diamond league), then your system and scalling is to make the bad players feel good. And at least for me, 60% of the fun (competitive playing) is gone from the game. The 2 screenshots I uploaded were from 4 games, so is not a one in a hundred case.

There's a glitch on PC where if you lock your turret while turining the hull it's possible to increase your turret traverse to like 5x that of normal. Not sure if it's visual only (turret only looked like it was locked) but I've had it happen to me 2 or 3 times while playing VK 72K

If the devs decided to focus more on fun modes and went further in that direction, I wouldn't complain. I've realized that I never play regular and rating games anymore with that new feature showing what your ratio is from 30 days, to 365 days. I only have 97 battles played within the last year. But I play everyday atleast 5 battles a day to 50 depending if there is an event for a tank. I think fun mode makes the game very fun and very laid back with no consequences on your (win ratio). I guess you could say that the idea of a win ratio makes me not wanna play those modes considering how many players are poor at the gameplay controls. I'm not saying to completely get rid of regular mode but every since they made fun modes available 24/7 except 6 hours of the night occasionally. I've found myself playing fun modes and refusing to play regular or ratings. I'm not sure how many others are like me but it could use some focus and attention towards one direction or the other. Well this is just my opinion and some facts on how I play the game so maybe fun modes might get better and more players flock to it. See you on the battle field

AE phase 2 is real btw it’s just an improved AE Phase 1 since the first design was flawed, mainly with how the 4 tracks worked
Power was split equally to all tracks with no way to redirect the power so when it lost a set of tracks it was running on only half the engine power so AE phase 2 designed to fix that

I genuinely want AE Phase 2 as a tier 10 added to the game

Every battle is automatically checked for inactive players as described below. I believe that support also acts on any report of inactivity using that automatic check.

The best thing to do is to make sure your tank is active in one of the parameters that is checked.

Good evening, a friend is having trouble logging into his account. We've been trying to resolve the issue for over 4 hours and haven't been able to, and support isn't responding.

Support will respond but is unlikely to do so in 4 hours. Be patient.

Since Google isn't authorizing the player, there's two things I'd suggest. First, log in with his Wargaming email address and password.

Second, make sure he is logging into the right region. At the bottom of the log in screen it should say "North America." (or maybe latam). If it says anything else select those words and reset the region on the world map.

I have sent you information in the private DM but no response since you asked me. To be clear what happens in a gaming session (lets say I play for 2 hours). Some matches I will get 5 to 20 packet loss. Other matches in the same session will have no issues. In the testing where I am platooned with a clan mate sometimes only one of us will see the high packet loss through the whole match. Then the next match the other player will see high packet loss. Has Wargaming moved forward to identify this issue? I can only assume we in NA are not the only ones experiencing this. There is no public bug for me to reference.

Yes sir. Why I don't buy containers. Yet I was forced to use gold in the Luna Fortune event to get the tank in the store. Yet I have over 70 lanterns unused. So I play and win ... and these will go to waste. Its clear from the math that the Lunar event is made to drain our gold resources (or have players put cash to buy). The FOMO is real.

IMHO I am not sure what to expect from Blitz anymore. The past 2 months the bugs and game crashes. Matches getting hung. A store full of containers (inflated prices for tanks). People come for the slim chance they might win something. This is the gambling mentality. I come to Discord to shine a light on it (because other players keep talking about the games instability and questionable model. And yet the publisher is sending surveys to get Reforged into production. I don't get a sense of what are the known issues so I can get a feel for the quality of the game. The end result is an unhealthy relationship with this game. I don't have a real sense of trust with a company I am spending time and money on. Its like that sketchy feeling you get when you deal with some sales people who work on commission.

Yes I got a duplicate tank in the snow globe, the compensation was not gold, instead the proprietary Chinese Coins that can only be used with this event. All the currencies is also shooting Blitz in the foot.

It's hard to imagine the same sized staff both maintaining the old game to prior standards, AND developing (then re-developing) this new reforged at the same time. So the bugs and missteps are understandable. It's easy to imagine the Finance staff ordered to generate as much real cash as soon as possible, which may mean players with money and a gambling addiction are keeping the game running all these months. The problem is support can help with account issues. Technical issues there is a lack of engagement. Probably don't have the technical skills. Blitz support tends to be a dismissive culture. So Wargaming needs to feel it affects their bottom line to engage. Exactly what happened when people freaked out at Reforged Commanders.

My experience working with online game vendors is Wargaming will not make the December 2026 date. They will put out a flawed game and burn through large capital. There inability to see the quality issues and improve their development to scale their game has been their down fall. Too many features, where the basics creating the foundation are not complete. Its like having a car, but the doors are not the same size. The wheels don't always touch the ground. Lots of passionate people want it yo succeed so they have a code base they can maintain. But the Product owner has asked for too much. You see this all the time in Microsoft Enterprise software. Its just good enough to release. 6 to 12 months of problems. 2 years later it is acceptable with missing features. That is the present state of ms 365.

If i was a gambling man, wargaming wants Reforged in production in October, with a pre-release to a select, bunch a month before. Let's see how well I nail that prediction.

I have spent my career working for software companies since 1998. How can you support this large multiplatform game if your support staff are mostly capable of fixing account issues? You get what we have now, a company incapable of asking the burning questions to diagnose issues in production. Wargaming rarely admits there is an issue. And to make a quality product root cause analysis needs to be performed to prevent future occurrences. This means Wargaming Test team is holding the bag for each release. Are they creating new test cases on bugs found? Redesigning tests to exercise module changes? Likely they have high end machines (ipads) and test the ideal cases.

Devs - the game reset on us again on Sunday. It didn't happen to me this week, but I'm reporting this as in aggregate for my clan. Your reset kept us from getting 300 Gold. This is how close we got, but with everyone losing their weekly progress, we couldn't complete the mission. It's not that we aren't trying, this is happening because you are stealing our progress.

There could be more events to allow players to obtain better tanks; simply making the game a little easier would be more than enough. Those who can't afford to spend money on in-game purchases find it very difficult to compete with collectible or premium tanks using tanks from the technology tree. In reality, only a few tanks in the technology tree are truly superior. Many have also commented that this year's Lunar New Year event was rather disappointing because the rewards weren't as generous as similar events in previous years. I hope the publisher can consider creating a better balance for everyone. This would attract more potential players, and with more players, your revenue would increase. Why not consider designing more beautiful camouflage, garage decorations, or collectible items instead of just selling tanks?

The problem is, and always has been, that the stuff WG sells has no actual value. They just put a price tag on something they produce themselves… and it clearly states, that what you buy isn’t even yours - it’s just “leased” to you until WG for some reason, whatever they chose to make up, can close your account.
There is no reason that tanks or gold should increase in cost. It’s a fake currency and leased products and they have no real value. WG make their own currency and can produce as much gold as they want - it is not subject to inflation. Furthermore, make belief pixels looking like tanks on your screen doesn’t suddenly increase value either.
One could argue if the time or manpower required to create gold or the tanks is an increased real expense for WG, then a real life currency increase would be warranted. - But do we really believe that it’s become more expensive for WG to add extra gold to the game or making copy/paste tanks?

I’m used to this type of autoloader since M IV Yoh is one of my favorite tanks
And I don’t mind the way nemesis plays though it should have a lower total clip reload it should be like 14 sec not like 17 or something

For this I also like to think of the opposite of what is probably the least deserving of tier 8 in realistic strength scale (fairly based on classes) and I’ve come up with either T25 Pilot (prototype coming before Pershing and WW2 Pershing proved its tier 7 so tier 8 Pershing is postwar Pershing)
or Panther 8.8 just a Panther with an 88mm

Also considered M41 90 but I think Panther but 8.8 is less impressive than tier 7 75mm light tank being given a 90mm, also how is M41 bulldog tier 8 on pc

As I own like 406 tanks in my garage, I can just buy the lucky V container in game and in premium shop and go up all the way to tier 10 and get 7,5k gold, or get ine of the few tanks I don't own yet...
Isnt it an idea to change this a bit (as I might be abusing it a little bit, i mean 85% chance for 7,5k gold for 8 euros or a tank that i dont own yet is a bit crazy)

Well for the p2w people (well im kind of one from them, from newest released tanks/very rare/paywall tanks i only dont own sterope, gsor and felice), its too much of a win, because they will get a tank they dont own OR get the gold, so its a very good trade anyways.
Instead, for example you got a lucky 6 container, and you get the Cromwell B that you already own, then you should get a 75% chance of going to a lucky 7 container, and that per level up.
And as compensation the gold amount per tier for normal collectors (tier 5: 1250, tier 6: 1750, tier 7: 2500 etc)

I would suggest doing a trial with the DNS settings from Google or Cloudflare.

To use Google or Cloudflare DNS, change your device's network settings to manual and input their IP addresses: Google ( 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 ) or Cloudflare ( 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 )
I do that on routers; rather than on individual devices. Restart. Then see if it is better.

Because something is odd that it puts you through Europe.

Ran a few tests for myself and from some other locations, clean results that don't go through EU. So I'd highly suggest the above.

So I am using Cloudflare and Quad9 for DNS. That gets the initial IP address which is the 92.x.x.x. Whats more interesting is why 161.184.91.121 is losing 80% + of the packets consistently. This IP is owned by Telus Canada. But keep in mind Pinging might be blocked because of DOS attacks. Wargaming will have to confirm the expected routing path.

Where it does not even get seen by a Wargaming Engineer ... that is unprofessional and shows a clear break in the support model. Why support should only handle account issues, and have a separate team to handle product/software/defect issues. If your assumption that it is always the end user problem (espcially when you have 2 people in different cities seeing the issue), that is a huge blindspot for Wargaming.

But after you place the call the network routes the request to who you want to talk to. This is why it is important to do the detail work to understand not just network concepts, but understand how the model works. But if I can't get to someone with that mindset, once again stuck with this sporatic issue in blitz where over 25 percent of the games will be dropping packets.

Returning back to WoT Blitz.. glad to see we can try test Reforge version. But when I read whats changed.. I am little worried about reworked tech tree system. Will try it tomorrow but from screenshots and descriptions it feels more like new mobile game for kids, than serious tank game 🙁 I would rather prefer having option to switch which style player preffer - classic tech tree or that new style.. Its great that grind will be easier, and players will get more same playstyle tanks at once.. but on other side, bigger tiers = more serious and harder gameplay and people should not be hurried to get fast access to max tiers, it ruin game for all - them and us. I hope (if I understand it correctly) if you open set of tanks, it will be same/near tier.. no big tier skips.. and of course we will see new tier 8-10 tanks that will be otherwise tier 11+ 😄 Thanks. @binu FYI on performance issue. Testing with the Altima Telcom noticed the data center\cloud provider in Chicago Illinois (eqix-ch1.gcore.lu) is where we are seeing the latency. We have switched from using ICMP packets to TCP to avoid denial of service measures.

After sending 2108 packets to eqix-ch1.gcore.lu we see and average latency of 82ms which has gone as high as 3119 ms. I have include a screen shot showing the stats. Please share with your Network team so they can coordinate with your server hosting service.

I suspect weekly clan missions are getting harder the last 3 or 4 months, while the weekly rewards remain the same. Daily platooning often now requires a 'survive and win' for the tiny 3 clan points... rather harder than the usual 2k damage missions. Weekly xp without multipliers is starting to require 35k xp without multipliers. Our clan has lots of beginners playing/grinding tiers 6-8. I can see them giving up trying to get their one reward per day so they miss the 7 per week requirement to get any rewards. I understand high win rate players can accomplish these things more easily. Maybe the constant fun mode earnings are causing wg to increase the requirements, maybe it's just my imagination. But rewards sure are not getting easier for beginners. Oh yeah, prices and lootboxes also scare newcomers away I'm sure.

The compensation for duplicate tanks in the snowglobe is the useless coins that get you those boxes with the 0.02% BZ 74 drop
There’s no tier 10’s in the box so the best duplicate compensation you could get anyway would’ve been 5K gold
So if you have most of the tanks in the snow globe it’s better to just not use it and get 5K gold compensation when the event is over than to use it and risk getting a duplicate or a tank that you don’t want that sells for less than 5K

I'd say the battle pass in this game just doesn't make sense at all.
The fortnite battle pass in which popularized this format in the first place is based on in game premium currency, of which you can earn 100% back through the battle pass.
It's a player retention mechanism, not a recurring monetization strategy.

Hello, I am having some issues transferring my progress from WoT Blitz to WoT Blitz Reforged. The vehicles I earned or purchased haven't transferred over, and my currency balance remains unchanged and hasn't moved to the new game either.

Did you buy the Emil 1951 after you started the test for the first time. I just got the SU-130PM from the last event and it didn’t show up in reforge.
The defender is in its own set with the rest of the defenders
Premium and collector tanks will not unlock the tech tree sets even if you have the premium or collector tanks
Also the test take a snap shot of your account first time you open the test. It never does and live talking between the two servers.

The different versions of the operations are currently a test. At this moment, the allocation of the versions is based upon how quickly you completed (if at all) the previous operation. At least that is what WG has communicated.

I am guessing that on your P2W account, you bought the premium pass for the last operation, and completed it quickly. Therefore you got the expensive pass this time with tough missions but also many rewards.

Meanwhile I guess that on your F2P account, you may have not completed last operation at all, and so that account got the easy operation this time around, with easy missions and less rewards, and low premium pass cost.

Am I correct?
And I hope we will have a more refined way in the future of steering towards a specific version of the next operation.

It’s not about “like” or “don’t like” the BP offers, it is about discrimination. This month’s BP violates the federal laws of the United States and likely other countries too.

In short, you CANNOT charge two customers different prices for the same product - that is textbook discrimination.

Let’s say you own a store and sell bread. You cannot offer whole grain bread to [race A] people only and charge them $3.29 a loaf, and then offer white bread to [race B] people only and charge them $7.99 a loaf. Likewise, a store owner cannot say, “well because you are fat, this bread will cost you $6.58, but skinny people only pay $3.29.”

All people must be offered the same products for the same prices, even if it is something like a custom product like ordering a birthday cake. Person A and person B must be offered the same pricing for the same options.

Check with your legal team. Ask an AI chatbot. You will get the same answer. This month’s operation and passes are discriminatory and violate laws.

Changing the price based upon how much someone plays is also discrimination:

Yes , you get 2 times the golds , credits , boosters from the previous passes . But here is the thing , the price of current pass costs 3 times compare to the previous passes , all that price for what ? 2 times the golds , credits , boosters and useless non-guranteed tank crates ? Just give me 3 times the resources , remove these useless crates I would have been happy

Not to mention , what about peope who already had all the tanks , what are these crates mean for people like them ? I bet the thing that people like that care about the battlepass is just the legendary camo . They dont need a expensive battlepass just to get a camo

That was something I was about to comment about. WG could have just made like 3 different options that you could buy, starting with the base and two tiers above it. Each teir above it costs a bit more but will give you more rewards, while still enabling people who don’t want to spend as much to have the choice of what tier to get (if they even spend). Plus you then avoid people who played a lot for the past month because they had free time from some reason or another, who then are given the big pass, who then are unable to complete it because their schedule is filled now so they can’t keep playing much at all

Btw there are 3 types of pass now normal. Lower then normal i have this on my new little played acc there is no tank there and new that 3 time cost beacouse of that containers and other.

Yeah for that bottom part opposite applies to me normally I’m a super active (and spender) player but last month barely played because I was doing stuff, went out on a trip, and just wasn’t interested in anything this month had to offer other than playing a bit at the end for the lunar free globe
So I got offered the regular pass which normally id be very satisfied with but I want those camos I can’t pick only 6😫

that's a perfect way to design this test. lots of player already brought up the improvements like yours immediately but WG wasn't smart enough. or... maybe WG already knew it but took those great camos as hostages, inducing players to buy expensive bp reluctantly.

Yea, I can imagine that for quite a few players their playtime went both ways between months. For you your playtime was low last month so you can’t get the camos your wanting, I’m sure for somebody else their playtime was high last month and is going to be low this month so it’s not worth them spending for the BP etc.

Just as a feedback I do not understand why there are three tiers of boosters. I especially don't understand why they count for 1 battle each. With PC I kind of hate that they keep me playing for 1 hour but it is a much better idea to keep people in que.
That said, this is horrible bait IMO. Yes free is free but IDK you seem to offer up these as rewards or like they are valuable. They are really most valuable to newer players trying to catch up using boosters from 11 years ago that they started with.
Essentially this is monetization bait that doesn't project as decent value and inspire the swiping.
This also bothers me about the battle pass. Many of the rewards are 4 or 5 blue boosters.
Just doesn't feel like much of a reward or that it is hardly worth.

Boosters are practically worthless, they give mid (randomized!) bonuses and are easy to obtain in large quantities. Having them as rewards in things like BPs or those linked bundles just decreases their value even further.

They're there to water down all the paid stuff and "justify" the higher prices while giving the player almost nothing more. A junk item they can apply to all the crates for lower drop chances for the things players actually want
