tbh it kinda does, since now players will be matched with players of the same level grinding T10 winrate is gonna be even more difficult and therefore will affect the WR seeding of the tournament since top 8 wr teams wont need to play any more T10 games in random battles, whereas the other teams will need to struggle more to catch up to that

Not for me to criticise other YT'ers, but I see the point that is being made here. Every clan, regardless of skill level or ability, if streamed, deserves to be treated respectfully regardless. Fact is we all have different styles etc and obviously some styles dont sit well with some etc etc. Personally I welcome every single complaint and criticism, because it allows me personally to grow into the role more effectively (maybe)

Can we please have an overhaul of the European system? You are seeing many top8 standard teams now in top16 and even top32. Merging Russian and European servers together is what it is but the reality now is that achieving basic goals like top16 or even top32 has become gradually impossible for many clans. It is not so much an issue for the big clans, however many teams can no longer achieve such goals. Having to win 4/4 qualifiers in order to achieve top8 is not a good system - something must be changed, admittedly I do not have a better solution but something must change

Congrats to all those team who made Top 8 across all 3 servers, deserved after all the effort put in and rightly so. Big thanks to @opaque heart for working incredibly hard behind the scenes and also on the front line addressing issues early and when they arose.

Obviously some teams will be disappointed, but there is a lot of positive outcomes so far this season that will most likely be built upon going forward to make the Tour scene better for everyone.

The merge brought way more teams to the tournament scene (like not competitive teams, the ones afk etc). This makes top32 teams play against bots till the last round of second day. So at the end, the last day of pys all top 32 teams are still not eliminated. Then if we always have the same teams and the MM it's based on stronger weaker wr, that will result on facing the same teams over and over. Let's put and example. If my team has a low top 8 level, but because of the seeding I'm facing constantly let's say Apa, or Snty what ever, I would probably lose on the 3 day on multiple pys, so as that hypothetical team lost múltiples pys, we would probably end up top 32 or lower even if the team is better than every other top 16 team. (I think that's more or less what happened to Veil but I'm not sure in this one)

I think qt 7vs7 or coins tourney should stay during the qualifiers days. Because it would be less teams. The strong teams would see each other more times, because for some teams it was a relax moment. There were sometime more boring moment than tryhard moment. The average teams would have enjoyed a bit more and avoided to be eliminated directly by some thirsty tryharders of clan war. But in general, the top8 teams deserve their place, maybe IKPA deserved a bit more than others teams, the ranking of VE1L 😜 and W1N are really bad for what they deserve I’m a bit sad for them…. Of course strong work by Tolyan and wg, theirs quick answers, listening to the players, ban teams/players, give some cups, etc… crazy work. We can even easily joke with them, they have humour. It’s so funny.

The moment 1 team does things others are not allowed to they gain an advantage. The disability to determine the effect of that advantage on the outcome is not the fault of the team following all the rules. If you look at it this way:
Take clan which sells spots, for example U3BPA. The clan which goes by the name U3BPA is represented by a group of players in the qualifiers which is different than the group of players in the championship, arguably a different clan completely. The true clan competing in the championship is registered under U3BPA and is represented by the paid players, these players have effectively hired better players to play the qualifiers for them

Can it be possible for WG to announce up goming weeks tournaments earlier. So it would be easier to recruit players from clan to certain date to join battles. Or to arrange an tournament evening for own group off players.
