I need to reach down behind something to grab a plug that's stuck behind a large immovable object, and then plug it back in. Has anyone ever used one of these tools? Do you know if it's strong enough to do something like that? Not just pick up something small and light, but actually hold something with enough strength so I can actually push it into a wall socket?

The last time I tried getting help through Amazon's customer service through email, it took about a week or so.

They didn't understand what I was telling them... Even though I was using the simplest terms possible and explaining it very carefully. I had to explain it about three times and go back and forth back and forth back and forth, before they finally understood what happened. Then they finally refunded me.

Something I ordered got destroyed because they didn't properly pack it in the first place. They wanted to blame UPS or USPS, and didn't understand what I wanted.

It took a lot of back and forth for over a week to get them to finally understand. Only after a week of that insufferable back and forth, they finally did what they were supposed to do, finally took accountability, and gave me a refund.

After a little bit over a week I finally got my refund.

When they added live support, I was able to quickly chat with them, handle things very quickly, and then be done with it, but now I got to go back to email? This sucks! What the hell!

Okay these Diablo mobile advertisements are really getting annoying. I have that game on my phone but I don't play it very much. That is really freaking weird! Now I think it’s limited to tournament clans only or some clans that were previously in the above system
