Gameplay wise it's all too similar and hence because of that it's incredibly unlikely to make an appearance any time soon. You're going to have to wait for an incredibly long time before Wargaming even considers adding it into the game

Why giving heat 13% and others low isn't that unfair for many tanks that use ap and apcr shells and unfair for many tanks .
Example: vk72 with penetration of 375 mm .....

A heavy tank with TD penetration and you can see the wz 113 with 390 mm so the real question is : why over penetration every tank in the game that will make the assault tanks completely useless specially the assault tds

And for HE, Panther 8,8 actually has weaker side armor than Panther II, so the spaced armor covers the track area that people shouldn't even be trying to shoot HE at when they can just hit the upper sides instead.

the chinese tanks are generally not ever a good pick, most are slower then same tanks with inaccurate but punchy guns, and generally higher skill level armour, i got all of the chinese T10’s after i finished every other TT are they arnt all that special

Chinese tanks take care of extremes in playstyles. The WZ-132-1 (while pretty underwhelming) takes advantage of dynamic concealment. The WZ-113 takes the extreme of DPM but with a very good premium shell. The WZ-121 takes the extreme of gun handling and beefy alpha combined with DPM. The WZ-113G FT takes the extreme of a 152mm tank destroyer that is still nimble and has good armor.
