it's got no armor and only decent mobility (edit to add: it's mobility is good, but there are other tanks with similar mobility and more useable turret armor.... so it is good, but it could be better) (and that damned tumor on the turret) but when it works it REALLY works.... helped mostly by how brutal that gun is.

T49 is a bit different, as HEAT is your main Shell, you gotta avoid frontal battles if you cant pen, always try to use your hesh and do what you can do best, use your speed

You also ignored it's 295mm of prammo.

I got the M-VI-Yoh and 50B but haven’t really played em because that’s when boss mode came back so I wanted to play other tanks for that but did be sure to pick up the camos for both they look good

I don’t know why they think all camos now need to be some super going all out thing alter the entire appearance of the tank with all these extra attachments
Just adding something simple would be nice too and they wouldn’t be expensive either like just some normal color and markings no extras

I'm more concerned with my eternal regret at getting the FV4202...

this gun feels TERRIBLE. I should ABSOLUTELY NOT have to use my adrenaline consumable just to have an okay ROF. the aim time feels awkward, the accuracy feels awkward... this gun just doesn't work well.

in fact... I think I am switching back to the A1 so I can at least have an ammo choice for bad situations (like staring down a hulldown E50M)

and for a tank whose entire tree trains you to hulldown... that cupola is infuriating

I FINALLY got a win in it.... and it took basically being a glorified scout, getting an actually good map for once, and not getting many decent shots in. it's so clearly a map dependant tank... you get Himmelsdorf you may as well just back against a wall and wait for death

and... despite being top on my team for XP (1300 base).... my crew went from 77% to...... 78%. YAY! only another 8000000000 battles to get a full crew.

any time I try the hesh it does NOTHING. I stopped using that gun.... I much prefer the HEAT gun.... I can at least not need to worry about flat faced hulldown tanks.

also... no crossfires when your team gets surrounded and forced into their own spawn literally in the first 10 secs of the battle.

I just don’t use prammo unless something is actually impossible to pen if I can aim at a weak spot then why do less damage

But I do carry it on my favorite tier 7’s because I already know I’m gonna have to fight tier 8’s especially my Rudy which is a tier 7 but still has the same pen as the tier 6 T-34-85

Frequently with slow shell velocity and short barrels but it's entirely possible to have a derp that isn't that short or low velocity and to have short barrel or low velocity guns that aren't derps. Though the most iconic derps are definitely ones like the KV-2 which do fit that description. Notably, you generally wouldn't call a stock gun with bad handling and the same or less alpha as the top gun a derp even if it is short and low velocity, you would just call it the crappy stock gun.

I've decided to get in ranking with the AMX 13 90, but it seems i've totally lost it since my pause. After some battles, it seems useless to go scout, because heavies will find themselves and i've good chances to face a RU or T49 that will shred me without any chance to outrun it. Because of the bad penetration, i have to get past the enemy line to hit backs, but then i do that measily 600 damage before having trouble retreating as TD or rear heavies are awaer of my presence, and mediums will come outdpm me as a wolfpack. The only thing i can see is wait until the end-game to empty some barrels, but then i'm entirely team-dependent... Am i missing something key ?

You dont play it like a normal light, you got a 3 Shell autoloader with bad vertical gun angles and a very weak platform to move on,

personally its a very team-dependent tank, as once your magazine is reloading all you can do is either run or hide, so my advice is to never go alone, use your speed and camo to get into bushes and spot before getting into action, usually you just spot for your allies and get some assistance, then push once the remaining enemies that are weakened or just a non armored med/light,

If u find yourself in a 1v1 against a light/medium, use your magazine from a mid range distance then run to your allies, 13 90 is kind of a weak tank in terms of dpm and you cant do much to fight against cyclic guns, thats my advice

Too bad, the cricket project was known to have a 17cm and weight 120tons. Just fill the blanks.
Also the 1200 hp maybach didn’ exist i know. But it was estimated to go 35km/h top speed.

The maybach 232 on the other hand had 1000hp at 3000rpm so. But i doubt that this 1200hp engine would have worked as it would have been instable. Probably. All possibilities

All to know is that the 1200hp engine was part of project nova. And project Nova was for projekt B of the e100.

I am not saying it's a good tank.... I mean.... I like plenty of bad tanks I know are bad, but I don't do amazing in all of them... but the M-VII is not one I generally have a hard time playing.... also I gotta say... I might just have problems with autoloaders and especially with autoloaders in trees that otherwise have none (I'm sure enough peeps here have seen my Chi-Ri rants) and lately I find myself less impressed with the MT-25....

Tier 7 Yoh is pretty meh but it never felt "one of the worst tier 7s" to me. Definitely prefer the T29 though.

It's one of the worst purely because the inferiority to the T29 feels like such a slap in the face

(And also it's ugly, gets engine damage from the turret, and is on the road to what once was a meta tier 10)

I'll give it the title of worst tier 7 heavy for sure, meds overall are in a worse state and the SU-100M1 is dreadful

Worst T7 heavy? Maybe, there are some others that seem pretty bad too. The French one, the new czech one, and the black prince all seem lacking to me. BP has dpm I guess but the rest of it always seems so bad. Not defending it exactly, I don't love it or anything, I'm just not sure it's that bad

People always talk about DPM but the BP is such a crap platform for delivering that DPM that I don't think it counts for much
