@hollow timber There's been at least one event where you could exchange splinters for an event currency that could be used for something other than a loot box. Iirc it was one of the luxury lounge type events.

I have a lifetime supply of camo's and attachments (over 1,000 unused). I dumped about 50k splinters then and at least got something that was more useful to me.

Turn off and on HD textures and restarted the game multiple times, then it should complete the download =)

The camo should still be in Storage/Apperance unless you exchanged it for splinters. You'll need to find it there and Use the certificate before it shows up in the tank's camo tab. Those certificates are usually at the top of the page.

The French Tank Charm says "As soon as you have collected 30 Charms, the additional reward will drop from the Container." I haven't checked all my charms but the other national tanks and the first 14 I checked all said the same thing. The Gold Charm for Collect-Em-All requires an 11th bundle. I hadn't noticed that the Gold Charm or the American Tank charm were different.

Depends on the number you are aiming for. The minimum bid is currently winning since there aren't enough bidders yet. Competitive prices show how much you need to bid to be in the top 25% of each batch. For example, the first batch has camos 1-999. 9500 Gold would place you at around 250th place at that time. For 1000-1999, 4000 Gold would place you at around 1250th place. Of course, places will change as more bids come in, but you can also see in what range of numbers you are at the time. The batch of camos that your bid is in will be highlighted in orange.

This isn't the first instance of security apps mistakenly giving Blitz (and other games) a false positive. Checking the internet there appears to have been a number of recent reports of the Smart App Control blocking various Steam games. There is also an article on the internet claiming that the latest Windows 11 build now allows SAC to be turned off before an installation and turned back on after the installation is complete. Since I'm not a Windows user I can't confirm that solution myself (thus the suggestion to contact Microsoft support).
