yeah it do be a huge tank, but that can also be a advantage, if you get close to the enemy tank (facehug) enemy heavy tanks who are smaller become usually easier to pen because you have a better angle, while those smaller heavy tanks struggle to pen you in a MLE

The biggest difference with the KV-5 is still the fact that the Mle's turret is very solid, so while it is tall it doesn't mean it is vulnerable.
The KV-5 on the other hand can be penned almost everywhere
