Im currently on diamond league + im over 5500 battles and the battles seem to be fairly easy compared to regular battles.

What I mean is that IF anything it's harder than regular, which means it isn't easier compared to regular and is fair to use ratings

By just doing really badly a number of battles to get worse on average players on both sides and then farm to your heart’s content

However, I have a question regarding the winners. I was wondering, since one of the rules of the competition is that a player can win one prize, how was it possible for the player "_I_C_K" to win two prizes?

There were basically 8 different competitions - 4 for regular mm and 4 for newbie mm. _I_C_K and Jag_142 won in two competitions. You can only win one prize per comp

This to avoid that one player would take home all prizes in a comp, so to speak. But multiple comps means you can technically win in all the different ones

pz2j is too slow, r35 is slow and not flexible, other armoured tanks may not have turrets either, matilda is pretty optimal here

too bad i dont have a replay of the previous games i did, you were able to much more combined when most players did not understand the new gamemode completely

guys, i know April's challenge wasn't ideal as the challenge started a little late, the micropatch wiped out most of everyone's replays halfway through, and the way the rules were formulated encouraged a lot of heavy tank (ahem Matilda) spam. but all things considered, as this was a new gamemode to all of us and the meta tank being something anyone could freely access with ease, it could have been a lot worse. i've heard all the feedback and if there is another monthly challenge with Total Domination as the theme, the rules will encourage more tank variety 👍

Nothing has been settled yet. Ideas are being kicked around. Some competition ideas kick back at the mod running them, so the one's that aren't horribly difficult to run and aren't easily rigged are good.

What kinds of competitions would be fun for you?

Well I think the ones with the gamemodes work really well, a creative idea, would be(and idk if it can be measured) travel the most amount of distance in an uprising game, would be really fun for people to especially bring out tanks like the dracula and get less skilled people away from tier X. On the other hand to celebrate Blitz birthday there can be like a very interesting ‘classic speedrun’ u have to start off with KV 2, get at least 2k damage with at least one HE nuke, then you have to play an MS I battle, then you have to get top damage in RU 251, and then at least 2k blocked damage in E 100 or mouse, and lastly you have to get a 1st class or higher in Bat Chat(Something a long those lines I think would be pretty cool) And there can be seperate sections for new players without the tier X’s so that way no one misses out

please do keep in mind that us mods have to manually check the results of these things, and have to take update dates into account for it too (with replays going no no after), and the things set have to be things we can check 🙈 So the more complicated you make it, the harder it is to check. Your suggestion here requires 5 replays per player, which all have to be checked for fair play 😅

Another idea, put back 2014 maps in a game mode, and most damage done in classic tanks(you can provide a list) and then there can be a most damage dealt competition with multiple competitions based on tier of tank. Or judge based on medals maybe? To balance the problem of judging tiers

With the Reforged Update coming in June and vintage tanks tanks having their own separate MM there's some possibilities there. Bringing back 2014 maps and tanks could be a significant effort by Wargaming, but even without that there is something to think about.

One of the biggest obstacles is life. We need to start with something simple that the mods who volunteer can fit into everything else. Somehow the rules end up not being so simple, but we need to start with simple.
